They have always been fair and treated me well. Ive relied on them for years now. Only thing that could be improved, they dont keep records of what they have done on my vehicle under my name. I would need an invoice #.

Rude does not even start to explain. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE!!! $700AND ALL THEY DID WAS CHANGE A BATTERY AND STARTER AND NEXT DAY HAD A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COME ON. Went back total disrespect from secretary and mechanic. They should be ashamed!!

Decent price for work but the customer service is very poor and the front desk worker does not have solid answers and is unhelpful, answers the phone irritated every time and always speaks in a rude tone. She places the blame on the customers and is accusatory.

This shop is a small operation, which keeps prices down. Shop rate of $75/hr compared to $110 + at Ford dealership, so I bring my vehicles here. Ive used them for multiple smog checks, engine light diagnosis and repair. This shop also doesnt try to sell you repairs that arent necessary. Last time at Ford they said I have a front cover engine leak, and estimated repair at $1700. I dont see a leak in the garage where this vehicle is parked nightly. I will have Bills check on it once leak reveals itself to me.

They have a good price for the smog checks, I have gone here at least a couple times a year for one vehicle or another the last few years, however, the technician appeared pissed off this last time for no obvious reason, perhaps at my audacity in bringing my truck in with the service engine soon light on, which caused the PCM to throw out 4 different OBD II codes that he made me aware of when he brought the paper out to me with the FAIL on it... Or maybe he was having a bad day, who knows..Last time the lady at the counter seemed a bit rude or was that 2 times ago? Why do I still go there? Well Ive never waited long, theyre priced reasonably and I believe in giving people a second chance, theyre only human besides, weve all had bad days and they are professional...4 times ago the same tech was nice enough to tell me what I had to do to get my truck to pass, he mustve been having a better day then
