If I could give them a minus 10 I would. I have had this company for about four years for Internet service and have never experienced the number of outages and dropped connections since it became Donobi. Their support staff consists of one woman with the most abrasive personality I have ever experienced. I would never advise anyone to use this company unless they like to wait on hold with stale music for hours just to get no satisfaction. They have received their last penny from me.
