Having lived in nearly every major city in the US, I am pretty confident in saying that the citys fiber internet options are about the best on the planet. The speed is what youd expect from lightning fast fiber, but thats not really what makes this special (although it is amazing).The service, the prices, and the quality people weve come to expect from our awesome city government are what make this such a great value. At every turn I worked with knowledgeable and helpful people, and I received a very professional installation in a property that is a major challenge to cover with wifi access. I was blown away by the service I received. Anyone who has worked with the other, corporate/mainstream internet providers in our area know not to expect any service whatsoever and to be ambushed with big price hikes as promotional periods expire and your internet bill doubles. Were extremely lucky to have fiber internet - the fastest of the fast - in our small city and I hope its never taken for granted.
