This place is horrible and needs shut down immediately...It is NOT 24 hr or even open until 10:30 as posted on window...There is no change in machine nor does the maintenance man have change to offer...The doors get locked at their own convenience and the guy will lock the doors knowing that there is clothes in the washer and needs to dry...I have waited 2 days now to get into the building to get my clothes from the wash and still not opened to do so...Once I finally get in to get them I will NEVER be back and I will be requesting a refund on what was spent along with reimbursement of damages to my property after they become ruined from mildew...

Convenience at its worst. Change machine empty and needs updated to read new bills. I learned to ALWAYS have my own detergent and softener, since the dispenser is almost always empty, and malfunctioning, I.e. money in, no product comes out. Im STILL waiting for the $1.75 from a month ago. Attendant is rarely ever there and to call him, just talk to the bricks in the building, Ive gotten no answer, at the number posted in the place. In fact it cuts right off and theres no way to leave a message.

Well claire they dont advertise 24hrs open none of the laundromats in martinsburg are 24hrs.and to the other lady the laundromat dont have bed bugs and if they do they cant survive in the wash or dryers.extreme hwat or extreme cold will kill bed bugs

The change machine has been broken for nearly 2 years, and the doors lock at night, so definitely not open 24 hours.

This place has some broken machines and the building that is connected has bedbugs.

Sometimes you get a wash for a quarter
