Handy spot to dump your yard waste. Getting a little full. Whats with people dumping loads in the driveway?

First encounter: not sure if I had to pay extra for being treated with respect and courtesy. One attendant showed a modicum of respect, the other, name on badge, JP, was rude and made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. He continued to act with contempt as I asked if he ever had customer service training. He said no and continued to act belligerent as I continued to explain how disrespectful he was. He said there were only two people working. If he had apologized or asked to be excused because they were busy, fine, I’ll give a pass. Because no apology was forth coming, I just paid and told him I will not return. This place has received good reviews. I hope as an new member of the community this is not how I can expect to be treated. Will not return!

Its easy to take it for granted but the great service garbage pick up provided by Advanced Disposal is excellent. Here every week like clock work, nice large trash cans provided as part of the service, excellent communication around holidays regarding irregular pickups. Nice to have such great service that helps keep our place free of trash.

Worst customer service ever. Took forever to get service set up then didn’t bring our cans when they said they would so had to call back again and sit on hold only to be hung up on, when I called back the lady argued with me saying she didn’t hang up on me....evidently I hung up on myself? Get through all that only to realize they never set up our service correctly to begin with on our initial 45 minute call. Do yourself a favor and go with Boxx.

Glad you all had such a good out come with them. I have not bean so lucky. first they took a tote out of my yard and then told me that i could not get it back . and know i have bean on hold for over an hour trying to talk to some one about my bill.

Weve had Advanced Disposal for a bit over a year now, and they are crooked. Theyll bill for 2 months at a time and wont empty it. Theyll still charge for both months and wont empty the dumpster. Theyll also renew a contract WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. We tried to cancel, and they are saying we are under contract still- even though we never SIGNED A CONTRACT! BUYER BEWARE- go somewhere else.

Even after calling ahead of time for bulk pick up, the drivers STILL left every single item ALONG with the trash that was in the trash cans. Terrible communication. And rude customer representatives.

My garbage was set out the night before it was due to be picked up and its still sitting by the curbside from last week....

No complaints. Smelled like garbage.

In the 3 months Ive lived here theyve picked up my garbage ONE time. Have called multiple times and they tell me it is all figured out. Not even close to being figured out
