When you deliver packages to a business! PLEASE COME INSIDE THE BUSINESS! I had a package delivered to my business and it said that it was refused when I waited and WATCHED for that package ! And no one came so why is my package being refused!

Over the past three years since living in Marshall, I frequently use our post office to mail packages and send bulk mailing. The personnel could not possibly be any friendlier, more efficient, or more helpful. They make going to the post office a simple pleasure. If I could I would give them 10 out of 10 ⭐️ ‘s. Kudos to the Marshall USPS!

This place isn’t good to deliver packages and they’re very rude

The postal workers at this location are always courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I appreciate having a pleasant experience each time I visit.

They always send my mail. Help me to mail money orders. Tell me in mail when I have packages.. Stamps. Lady at desk is so nice and friendly and helpful. Please never fire her.

If off I sent my mother a registered package that arrived a the unit at 8:10 am and was out for delivery at 9:10am the package was never attempted but at 1:30 pm i get a message saying that its available for pick up. How? Last time I checked a carriers job is to deliver the mail. I ended up calling the local office and after being put on hold for almost an hour was told there was a mix up and they would try to send the letter out. What mix up because a registered package is only handled from hand to hand so that means someone in the office falsified one of the scans. I will definitely be reporting this issue as a customer and an employee of the USPS i can truly see why customers get upset when it comes to the handling of there mail.

I ship packages a couple of times a week and the ladies that work here have been extremely helpful! They have helped me to understand all the different shipping rates.. Patient and kind.

A good place to send off packages. I have sent items overseas and they were delivered there successfully.

Usually very helpful but too busy for the few people working to move the lines very fast.

I wish you could rate them no stars I live in an apartment and I pay extra for packages to be received ASAP and they don’t even try to deliver it to my door if no ones in the office I just don’t get my pack what am I paying the extra delivery for when they aren’t even going to try and give me my pack when. Worst usps I’ve ever dealt with!!!!

This was the worst service I have ever received, when I got to the desk my mail was cold! I expect better from a government funded restaurant! They dont even have gender neutral bathrooms! Im appalled, and will never recommend going to this place!

Worst post office Ive ever been to the women up there have attitude ... No help at all!!! I will drive 30 mins out of my way just to go to a different post office!!!!!

Pam is highly rude and I walked in today and it took her 30 minutes to find a package. The manager was not much help at all. Dont walk in if you are in a hurry
