Had my car for five months just to change the spark plugs, which never got done. Then tells me my catalytic converter has been stolen. I brought in a car that, after being in his care, is no longer road worthy. He has insurance to cover the theft but doesnt want to use it. How do we know his shop is not stealing parts if they are not liable or willing to replace them? Says thefts have happened before and yet he has not felt the need to install any security cameras. I cant believe the good reviews this guy has gotten. Its certainly not representative of how weve been treated. I used to think he was a nice guy, now he just gives the run-around.

Paul was amazing!! We broke down on our way to Lake Shetek, 3 hours from home. We had our truck and camper towed to Pauls Automotive. He had our truck in the shop within 15 minutes and our camper was parked for use to hang out in. We were back on the road in 2 hours! The next day we drove our truck and it was not running right, so called Paul and he said bring it back in. Just a couple little adjustments and running great!! He did not even want anything for the second time, but we paid him something for his time. All I can say is, the world would be a much better place if more people were like Paul!!!Thank you Paul!!Darrell & Pauline

While driving across the country, my axle popped out. I called a few nearby mechanics and, understandably, nobody had availability that day to help me. Paul told me he would squeeze me in, so I had my car towed there.He was super helpful and understanding. The employees were all very kind. Paul brought me into the shop to show me what went wrong and what he was doing to fix it. I’ve never had that kind of service from a mechanic. It was honest and transparent - he wanted to make sure I understood what was going on.When he was finished, the price he charged was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

My car died today and I panicked! Paul came over immediately, charged it up, took it back to his shop and I got a new battery, oil change, and tire rotation for an extremely reasonable price! Do you need your car fixed? Pauls is the best!!

Pauls is the greatest place to have your auto repaired, what ever he tells you need to be fixed is the truth, he doesnt do stuff to your vehicle that you dont need, honest, honest, honest. Friendly employees also, i would give highest recommendation.

Honest and fair. They replaced a couple of belts and checked my brakes but didnt push me to get new brakes, just told me to keep an eye out for next time. Im very happy with the service I received, plus they have a shop dog :)
