I went there on Wednesday to have my oil changed. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the employees with happy, helpful, positive attitudes, that I came back the next day to have my tires rotated and balanced. Well,,,,, before I left my house, I took off the pants I wear while doing yard work and put on my going to town pants. I didn’t realize I had left my wallet in my yard work pants Until they had finished performing the work. I tried calling my wife to have her bring my wallet, but she was still outside working in the yard. I tried calling my neighbor to ask her to get my wife, but couldn’t get her either. I was running out of options and getting a little embarrassed when they told me don’t worry about it. It was on the house. You better believe they will be getting all my business from now on. Awesome place with wonderful employees. Thank you!

Took my car this morning at 8am because they told me they would get to it first thing in the morning, so I woke up early to take my car . I came back at 1pm to see my car right where I parked it. Sorry sir its been hectic was the response when I went in to ask about my car. To make matters worse they had another vehicle on the lift that wasnt there when I dropped my car in the morning. They said well get to yours right away. Fast forward 3 more hours I go back, I go in, the receptionist passes me by, I wait, then go outside as shes returning from my car and the mechanic is starting my car, and once again yet another vehicle is on the rack, that was the last straw, I said stop Ill go elsewhere. I spent the whole day wasted waiting for my car to be aligned in vain. I have to say Ralos has usually been great but I cant have that.

The little mexican dude that work there is a snake. He fixed things on my daughters car that did not need repairs without permission and charged us for it. The total price charged was NOT the price we were told. When asked for my money back, he insisted I still pay him for labor, although he is removing all the parts he placed. Even the police said that they have heard stories of how this place is dishonest. I will NEVER deal with them again and I would suggest yall take your business elsewhere because these people are crooked snakes in the grass!!!! Dont trust them with your vehicle.

Had front end alignment checked, due to unusual wear. No issues, now they could have charged me, and faked some repairs. No, these are good honest people. Tell Peewee you heard this from me. Thank you Peewee.

So I just recently ran low on coolant, when my receipt shows it was full on my oil change.Now given that was 3 months ago; also I go on to find out that on Volkswagen jetta TDIs the transmission is a Sealed system, so theres no way theyre possibly checking my transmission fluid levels unless they have a VW scanner.Id come here for an oil change again, as I know thats done correctly and the customer service is great.However, gun decking/pencil-whipping paperwork on your customers receipts is a good enough reason for me to find another place to take my business elsewhere.

First time I went there for an oil change they forgot to place something back on and a part was dragging as I left off. Granted I took it back and had to wait but was compensated with a free oil change so it wasn’t a horrible experience.I took my car back for an alignment and to redeem the free oil change and was told I didn’t need an alignment so just got the oil change. I was greeted by a very rude young lady and it was a horrible experience. I called back to talk to a manager and got the same girl who didn’t apologize she pretended to be someone else and said the girl was just in a lot of pain.Honest place but customer service is below par, so gave 1 star!
