I have used Mr. Ronald Garretts automotive expertise for I know about 20 years. Nothing but a great genuine guy. My Dad first introduced me to Mr. Ronald Garrett when I was growing up and Mr. Garrett was operating out of a little shop on US 80. He performs great work for me every time I need him. I’d call to to see how much it would cost to check my transmission and Garrett was just so rude on how he was talking to me. He sounded like I was stupid and didn’t understand what he was saying. I would not recommend on taking your car to this place.

Had my car for 2 months. Said that it was an engine problem it changed water pump and charged me over $2400 and didn’t put struts back properly. Also refused to pay the cost to have it fixed. He didn’t offer to fix it himself!

We were from out of town and a barrel race in Marshall. On our way there the air condition in our truck went out, this gentlemen helped us Tremendously and was so sweet with us not being from around there! Would definitely recommended to anyone!

Best mechanic in town and Ive been to many and he his very good at what he does. Fixed many issues that were wrong with my truck and it feels like brand new.

Never had I gone to a mechanic that sees an issue and not let you know until a major issue happens. The time you close, I forgot, none of that is an excuse. Even Wal-Mart tell you what they see even with a standard oil change. Seeing issue does not mean you are to investigate it. Seeing an issue means letting a customer know rather than when something comes up and saying I saw this but it wasnt my job to investigate to see why. I didnt know whatever occurred would happen.

TO: Rosemary LULU, I f the transmission job was so bad, why did you not bring in back or have it us to pick it up. We give 12 months warranty on labor and parts with unlimited mileage. God is a wonderful God. He see and know all. If you had bad service with us please get in touch with us.

This man did a nasty job on my truck charge 2500 for “Rebuilt my transmission and he did not do it he buy a used transmission in a auto salvage it is not good its leaking fluid for all seal and he doesnt want to refund us the money but I believe in God in his justice and i see one day if you be acting like that with people steeling their money doing bad business God is going on you

Job done correctly the first time. Told what needs to be done and up to you if you want band aide or fixed.
