This was my first experience here. I brought my granddaughter to get a baby tooth removed. I was impressed about their efforts to keep her calm and not so scared. They used oxygen, gas, topical and injectable solutions to control the pain and fear. The doctor and assistant were both great with my granddaughter. I was able to stay in the room to watch the whole thing.

The best place Alyssa was so nice and patient with me asking a 100 questions. I get nervous and talk. She was a sweetheart and understood what was happening. The best!

The waiting area is very comfortable. The exam rooms look like high end lofts, with exposed brick walls. But its the employees that make this place. They were all FABULOUS!!! Very sweet, listening intently....they were what I needed.I would gladly drive from New Orleans East to get to that office again.

My first time there and Dr.Guillet was really nice and gave me great advice on my dental wk and Desiree was exceptionally nice and warming ! I will have my dental wk done there !

Doctor Do & staff were very professional & knowledgeable about procedures being performed. The office was clean & clutter free. This was my first visit, I was there for an annual cleaning & through x-ray was told I had a cavity, I was able to have cavity filled at that visit & didn’t have to schedule another appointment which was very accommodating. She explained everything she did to me & consistently asked if I was okay & made sure I was comfortable. I had a GREAT experience at the dentist today & I would recommend this office to anyone looking to find a dentist.

I called them because of severe pain as soon as they opened and they had me come in within the hour. I hardly had to wait to be seen. Every single person I saw that day was more than friendly and very calming for what could have been very traumatic. Everyone was nice and they were sure to make sure I was comfortable and I left very happy. Dr. Do is wonderful!

Office team, dentist and technicians very professional.would have preferred doing the x-rays and the exam / cleaning on the same day ... we did the x-rays and Ill have to go back for the second half of the appointment.and I hope Ill get a goody bag with toothpaste samples and a toothbrush at that time.

Explained the procedures and broke down the prices for me to the point where I am looking forward to my procedure in a few weeks. I’ve been going to Exceptional Dental for about five years now and I will never go to another dental office. Dr. Kim Do, Mrs Juneau and their staff are truly exceptional. I’ve had everything from extractions to super deep cleanings and every time I’ve felt completely taken care of. Dr. Do is something of a super Dr. when it comes to giving painless shots every time. I’ve currently moved out of state and never mind the drive just for the amazing services they provide. I used to be afraid of the dentist visits but know look forward to them. I have not had a great experience and it was simply an over the phone trying to make an appointment. Though the second receptionist was very kind. The first one was rude and I wish I knew her name and cut me off and did not explain policy at all. It made me so uncomfortable to trust my children here, I had to call to cancel and when asked if I wanted to reschedule I said no yesterday was ridiculous and I found another dentist office. She hung up. It is horrible that one person could make you feel so uncomfortable that even though the reviews are great your instinct tells you something else.

I like this office a LOT better than the Ames office. I didnt have to wait too long. The hygenist who cleaned my teeth was SO friendly as opposed to the other office, which they didnt talk a whole lot. Her, and the doctor I saw, Dr. Kim Do, were consistently checking on me to make sure I was okay (just had a cleaning & filling) and I had no complaints whatsoever. I love the doctor and I will be back to see her again :)
