Had a problem with my backup laptop and wasnt sure of the problem or how to identify it. Called Chuck @ Markiewicz Computer Consulting and he thoroughly explained (on the phone) my fixes by narrowing down the possible causes. Found the issue within a few minutes.Saved me from ordering charger & battery (and possible motherboard replacement) and waiting a long time for shipping during this Covid situation. Long story short...computer is working and my Son can continue his online learning.Took all the time I needed on the phone with me to explain issues, causes and fixes. Fantastic service, great advice.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARKIEWICZ COMPUTER CONSULTING.
