I must commend the professionalism, mannerism and customer service I received from the receptionist Shardae. From the moment I walked into the building until I was serviced I was impressed. When I entered the building I was greeted with so much warmth and excitement, she then proceeded to ask me my name, offered me a seat and told me she would notify my tax preparer that I was there. As I sat waiting I observed how she answered the phone; as well as, assisted other customers and I must say it has been a while since I have witnessed and experienced such care and level of customer service. She also entertained me while I waited by engaging light conversation whenever the phones werent ringing. After my session she took my payment, reminded me to be safe and to have a great day! You are the best Shardae!

Hi all, I had an appointment on Saturday 5/1/19 at 11am which was confirmed two days prior. When I arrived, the location was closed, locked, and no one answered the phone.Not very happy!!If they were scheduled to be closed, then they should NOT have accepted and confirmed my appointment.Luckily there was another location 10 miles away that could get me in, but waisted a couple hours of my day....If you want to go to this location.....make sure they going to be open!!!! Even if you have a confirmed appointment!Will B

HR Block has done my taxes over the years. Past history is readily available for updated filing. Also, the preparer, Mr. Kennedy, Medford office, remembered me from last year, and had a preparatory set on what to look for in this years filing. Too, he is always extremely cordial and professional.

I received some credit off of the original cost this year which brought the price within the price range I was expecting. The original cost is a higher than I have paid previously. I was completely confident in my tax advisor and would consider returning next year.
