The owner of this establishment just absolutely destroyed my 17 year old daughters hands. She went in to have fake nails (that were applied here) removed since her nails had grown. The women tried ripping them off instead of soaking them off. Ended up cutting her finger badly. She didnt offer to clean the wound or anything. Just applied nail glue to it. My daughter came home crying with blood all over her hand. She asked the women to stop, then TOLD the women to stop because it was hurting her. She didnt listen. Needless to say, she wont be going back anymore!

I thought she did a good job until week two I notice all these cracks in my nails. She also didnt finish me with gel polish she made me sit under a dryer. I have no problem with paying for good nails Im not sure why she cheaped out on me. Updated: so I get off of work and go back to the salon and let her know about my nails she says because they are old. I got my nails done on the 1st of May it isnt even officially two weeks. I tell her maybe she didnt do something right Ive worn nails for a month and they never crack like eggs. She just gave me a dirty look. Ill never go back to this place again and Im upset I cant take my tip back lol. Needless to say I hope everyone sees this and she loses some business.

Ive been going here for about 5 years. The people and service are great!! Love Lina and all the staff! Best nail salon around!! Highly recommend it.

My sister and I both called at different times to complain about our gel polish peeling a few days after we got them done and were told they would fix them for free. We were leaving for vacation the next day so asked if we could come in when we get back and were told to come in today at 12:30. When we got there the manager explained to us that he was never told about this and refused to fix them for free or give us our money back. He told us he can redo them for half price, after I showed him the call record from 5 days after we got them done and a picture dated from the same day. He got mad that he already gave us a discount when we got them done and blamed his employees lack of communication on us. Will NOT ever be coming back and do not recommend.

Absolutely amazing work from these ladies

I do not know the name of the person that did my nails but my experience was pretty awful. I showed a picture of nails I found online but he ended up completely winging it and not following the picture only using the colors.later he told me to put my nails in front of the fan but I noticed their was white hair or string in the fan and it started geting all over my still wet nails, he started getting mad at me when it wasnt caused by me at all and my hair is black. Later my nails started chipping immediately so I went back to get it fixed and he got mad at me.

Very bad experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Not only because of the nail job, but how they handled my frustration. The associate who did my nails was very apologetic and I am thankful for that the front desk lady, however didn’t care, didn’t show any empathy, she has no clue what customer service is.

I wouldn’t suggest going here for any services. I got a pedicure done after work. I was looking forward to relaxing. The nail tech started my service and while I was sitting in the pedicure chair she started talking... I thought she was speaking to me so I said, “ I’m sorry what was that?” She responded by pointing to the Bluetooth in her eye to show me she was on the phone!!! I couldn’t believe she was on the phone via Bluetooth my entire service!!! Then instead of using the buffer to smooth out my nails, she used an electric drill machine (the thing they use for acrylic nails). It made my nails super thin and they haven’t been the same since. I can’t wait for my damaged nails to grow out.

Kinda a waste of time. And don’t waste more your time to complain because they will be laughing and saying that no one ever complained. I guess the reviews here say the opposite.
