ZERO STARS - WORST LabCorp Ever! Go to the one in Voorhees. This staff here doesnt care AT ALL about service or communication. In fact, they even directed the two clients (one being me) left hanging in the lobby to Voorhees. AWFUL and these employees should be ashamed to represent what otherwise seems to be a quality company.

I scheduled a 3 hour glucose test and the woman flat out refused to give it to me because it would interfere with her lunch break. They scheduled me for 945am so if they knew about a lunch schedule they should have scheduled around it. This woman was rude and incredibly unprofessional. I now have to reschedule again. I will never recommend this one due to that woman alone. I wish I got her name because management should know the terrible employee they have making an impression on their patients.

The experience was terrific..checked in right at 7am, check in was smooth and was in and out in 15 minutes. The technicians were great!!

I did not have an appointment because they were booked. I got there and waited a little bit. When I checked in and was taken back it was quick. The women who is there by herself, was very efficient and was very nice. This was my 1st time there, but I will definitely go back.

Doesn’t matter that the time on the door states, “Closed for Lunch 12-12:45”, Show up at 12:45 and tech outside said I’m not opening up till 1.

My experience was awful. I waited nearly 1 hour in waiting room. Then she waited me 30 minutes in room 3 . Although I was the first person in line she did the others . Even I said her I am pregnant and have diabetes she ignored what I said. There was only one person who did registration and welcome then did blood work.

Only one women works here, they need another person to handle some of the patients. I found her to be very insensitive to people with hearing disabilities. She made a joke about it.

Just left LabCorp in Marlton, one of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had in One of these facilities! The nicest group of ladies! They made my day!

Staff was incredibly rude, waiting room was not sanitized during the 45 min wait, technician did not wash hands prior to drawing blood.

Crystal is the BEST!Appointment Wait Time:If you make an early appointment (mine was for 7:30am), you shouldnt have much of a wait time (if any at all). I was taken back right at 7:30am. If you make an appointment, make sure to scan your code instead of checking in manually so the system properly confirms your appointment time.Cleanliness:Very pleased with the cleanliness of this LabCorp!Blood Work:Crystal is AMAZING! I have incredibly difficult veins to find and get blood from. I let Crystal know what a challenge I would be and she told me not to worry, shes got me! I still cant believe it - she only had to stick me one time and she found the sweet spot! I am so incredibly thankful for her skills! Shes the only person in the office so she runs it all, but she does an incredible job!

Rudest person ever! Person who took my urine sample for on boarding for my job was extremely bossy and unprofessional. This person should be reexamined by management and they should consider replacing her. Im not sure what her name was but it shouldnt be hard to spot the attitude.

I get there at 630 for them to open at 700. I’m standing in line now at 735 and their still closed. There is a line of people waiting. People have jobs to get too. Quest from now on.

Peggy did my blood work and she is fantastic. Clean facility. I had no wait because NOBODY was there. I see a lot of complaints about waiting in these facilities. I dont get it, its the luck of the draw, its not an appointment based organization. Its a first come, first serve process. Sometimes you wait, sometimes you dont.

The facility was clean and there was no wait. Crystal was very friendly and personable. She loves her job and is fantastic at what she does. She adds a friendly touch to getting lab work. It was so nice to meet her. I will be using this facitlity from now on.

Very kind woman working. This location is extremely clean. The air is on and it feels wonderful. I’ve never been to such a clean LabCorp . The lady was the only one working and she got me back quickly. It was myself and 3 others, me being the last to arrive and I was in and out in 35 minutes

Always clean. Always quick. I usually go first thing in the morning on the way in to work and I’ve never waited.

Worst experience. The location marked in Google is wrong, the location marked is a Route 70 roadside where there is nothing. Never took more than 30 minutes to find a place just less than 1 miles away from home. Lab personnel doesnt pick up the calls. Reached there by 2:20 PM and lab associate says their equipment for taking samples for drug test wont work after 2 pm, though the lab closing time is 3 pm. Not sure what equipment is required for taking samples. Basically they dont want anyone to be coming there and hence the wrong location marked and no picking calls. Would suggest to consult any other labs and better avoid this lab.

The woman is by herself. I came 5 mins before they opened and was kept waiting for at least 50 mins. Not warm and friendly. She was cold, impersonal, and inconsiderate of people’s schedules. You are so close to the Medford one. Just go there if possible. They are always well-staffed, always pleasant, and I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 10 mins.

Super friendly, Super clean..Hardly wait more then 10mins...

It is hard to find but once you do it is a gem. Quick and painless blood draws.

My go to lab. Only complaint is site says they open at 7 but they actually have 7:30 on the door and often don’t even arrive until then or after meaning first in line isnt seen until 7:45 or later.

Worst experience. They run late and staff is rude.
