Was not pleased at all!!!! They kept my car longer than what expected. Also they damaged the passenger back seat with scratches and mind you my car was just brought from the Hyundai dealership,, wasnt even a month old. They denied it and when I asked to show the pictures that was taken when I checked in the guy claim he never took pictures nor never got in the car. Big lie and I will never go back and not refer anyone to them.

The staff were courteous, competent, and professional. They completed the repairs to my Mercedes GLE two days ahead of schedule. The car is back to original condition with all OEM PARTS.

My vehicle got hit by a snow plow. After Caliber worked their magic my car looked good as new! I was very happy. This is the second time I have had an excellent experience with them. Id recommend them to anyone.

Ive had nothing but issues with Caliber. New manager seem to want to be helpful. He ended up passing the block and blaming it on other people. I was promised repairs by the previous manager through an insurance repair and they will not honor the written promise. I ended up having to spend $300 to get the car detailed as there was overspray all over the vehicle. Insurance company sent me there, would not go again.

Fantastic service hopefully I never have to use them again but I will gladly do so should the need arise

2nd experience using Caliber, first time was a year ago on my 2017 Kia Sorento, repaired hood and bumper cover. Latest was a repair to rear passenger door on my 2019 Ram 1500 that got hit in a parking lot. Door was scratched and dented. Dropped the truck off and had it back in 1 week! Looks great. Also dealing with them is a breeze, from start to finish, and the text message service that keeps you up to date on progress is great. Convenient location and attentive staff makes it easy to use them for all your auto body work needs!

My van is a 2013, looks like a brand new car . I took it in for front right side damage due to my neighbor hitting it.I had a excellent experience at this particular location. My point person was on a mission to bring my van back to looking as it did before.Excellent service, friendly staff and very courteous.Fast forward to pick up time and they had helped me with that too .I can not say enough great things about this place . Came in to get an estimate, no appointment. Didnt get a full estimate but a guesstimate. Everyone was very kind right from the moment I stepped in the door.

I needed to find a body shop for some insurance repairs, and after reading all the online reviews I decided to bring my car to Caliber in Marlton...and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Caliber completed the repairs quickly and on time, worked directly with my insurance company for approval and payment, updated me daily on the status of my car, and of course the car came back perfect and new again! You never hope you’ll need a body shop for repairs, but if you do...these guys are first class. Thank you Dave and team!!

I had a great experience at Caliber Collision! Very kind and helpful employees as well as a clean and large office space to wait in. My only issue was that service was a little slow sometimes or it would take some effort to get an employee’s attention (maybe I went there during their lunch break?). But besides that, very pleasant experience.

Thought my car was done for. Had major rear-end damage, broken rear windshield, the works. Not a problem for these folks. Caliber did a fantastic job! The car looks brand new again and they had me back in the road faster than I expected. Great communication throughout the whole process.

Progressive sent me here and it seemed fine. Now it’s been a week and still no word on when my car will be fixed that was supposed to take two to three days. When I called them they told me that the parts came in damaged so now we really don’t know anything. I will write back with eventually what comes of this.I called again and spoke with Jerry and he was able to give me a date so now I need to see that my car is taken care of.

I had Caliber replace my bumper. They did a good job and were very quick.A small paint chip came up a few weeks after the job. I called in and initially had a customer service agent who was not willing to help and rude. However, the manager called me and apologized and offered to take a look at it. He was able to come up with a solution to fix the paint chip.

Excellent work, nice individuals who communicate every step of the process. My experience was seamless. I called Progressive, they set up my rental appointment and repair appointment and i just showed up and returned to pick my car up a week later. The car was washed, vacuum and had a vanilla air freshener. I already referred a friend.

Not only did they do good work with a fast turn around, they kept me updated regularly. They handled the estimates well with the insurance company, and had the car looking like new. Great service and great quality work!

Bumper repair that required bumper replacement and repainting

Amazing customer service! Came in without an appointment. They took us within 10 minutes, put a temporary fix on it until we made it back home to replace the part (1 hour away). Finished and out within 30 minutes! Thank you Doug!

I had a motorcycle crash in front of this shop about a year ago. The staff came out almost immediately and helped me pick up and move the bike. They offered to hold the bike inside the shop as long as I needed and even drove me back to my house.

This place is awful. I was told to go there for an estimate by my insurance company and was told that the estimate would be above my high deductible BEFORE the tech even looked at the car. He was rude and smug and talked down to me. I took my car to Collision Max down the street and was given an estimate for $500 less. I was told that Calibar Collision added 24 unnecessary labor hours to inflate the cost. Do not bring your car there. You will only get ripped off.

Im not quite sure why my experience was so different from the other reviewers. When my car was initially picked up I gave the valet key to the tower, he and I both that it would suffice. We were wrong. I got a call from a woman from Caliber saying that I had to drop off the whole key because they may need to move the car. I would think that those well versed in cars could figure out a valet key. Nonetheless I came by dropped of my key and filled out some paperwork. I asked to be sent updates via text message however that never happened. I received a call from the representative of GEICO explaining what would be done to my car and when it would be finished. They sent emails stating that my car was being worked on however on the day that it was scheduled to be finish I heard nothing. After a couple of days I gave them a call. The women stated that they probably found additional damage and they would give me a call when it was ready. An additional two weeks later while I was at work, my phone rang non-stop. After several calls, they finally left a message stating my car was done. When I came to pick up my car, a gentleman handed me a paper and told me it was a list of things that were done to my car. Even after reading them several times I had no clue what it meant. From the outside other than some stickers and what looked like marker my car looked fine. I get in and it doesnt start. They give me a jump and despite there being no indication for need, they put air in my tire. I drive home and then the next day on my way to work, the tire pressure light turns on. Less than a minute later my tire burst. Fast forward to a week later I start to notice that my door that had been damaged does not close properly and my car doesnt really drive the same. When my boyfriend drives my car he relays that he thinks my alignment is off, I didnt really think much of it as hes no car expert. But when I finally go for an oil change, they confirm his thoughts. The following day Im on my way to a doctors appointment and my car doesnt start, the door that doesnt close properly is the culprit. Im throughly disappointed in this company and can not think of any redeeming qualities. My repairs were guaranteed for life but I havent bothered to return because I dont want to be another month without my car for meager repairs.

The guy quoted $1,000.00 for my wife’s fiesta’s bumper. Hainesport auto literally popped it back on and didn’t charge her for the 15 seconds it took to do so.

Absolutely horrible experience. We were rear-ended and Geico recommended them to us. We had to take the car back 3 times for issues they never fully resolved. They had the nerve to get mad at us for taking it back! The car stunk like a tool shed for over a month when we noticed yet another issue from their poor work. They told us if the smell does not go away to bring it back and they have a machine to fix it. We go back and they say to use an air freshener. Joe, the manager hung up on me after he told me that cars start to smell bad after a while. So my 2015 GMC smells after 10 months? I said Please dont talk to me like Im stupid. He angrily told me to get that out of my head! Now he is acting contemptuous to me because I wouldnt believe him nor would I accept his lie. All I asked was for him to make good on his previous promise and to have a job done right. We got neither. We have been inconvenienced several times. Had to drive rental vehicles we werent familiar with and set time aside to pick up and drop off the car. Stay FAR AWAY. I found out they changed hands and have been falling apart ever since. Unfortunately we got caught in the fall out. This was one issues. We had an issue every time we picked up the car. He told me when my gas tank would only fill up 3/4 of the way that the gas attendent wasnt pumping right. He told me that the gashes in the door (which happend at the shop) would be invisible. Nope. We left that alone except for when the paint they used chipped off after a week! Terrible work, terrible attitude, terrible experience.
