James was fantastic, his work ethnics are great this was a very difficult repair and he stayed right on target to repair everything and make it work. I was extremely happy with him and his work. Never having used ToRooter before I was very happy with their service. They responded so quickly and there employee was wonderful. Every company should have employees like James I give him 5 stars.

Great service! From the very nice lady who answered my call and explained what to expect from service/tech visit. To our tech James who was on time, professional, explained everything upfront and let us know pricing prior to starting job. Once he began job he also kept us informed on what he was noticing. He then walked my mom (her home) through the completed process. Will use Rotor-Rooters again if ever needed .

Tech came out, and explained everything he was going to do to try to find the cause of the sewage backup in my house main. He was easily able to identify the issue, and clearly stated services he could perform, and the cost for each. Tech was able to clear my clog quickly, and also gave me information about how to prevent clogs in the future. Super professional, and great service.

They were prompt with initial visit for the sewer back up, diagnosed the problem and got us up and running for the night. The next morning the clean up crew arrived promptly and cleaned and dried the area. Currently the crew is jack hammering out the floor to replace the defective pipe. Everyone involved has been respectful courteous and very professional. The prompt service is amazing. They all have turned a horrible disaster into something manageable

The technician was so thorough and fixed our issues. He was so friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about what the issue was and how to fix it and how to try to prevent issues in the future too. the only negative, I called at 7:30pm and was given a window of 7:45-9:45pm. I got a few updates from from dispatch that i was “next on the list” but no one ever came. I called at 11:30 pm and they said possibly after 1am someone may be available. I asked to get on a list for the morning. I was give a window of 8am-12pm and the technician showed up just after 12. I don’t necessarily have an issue with the response time, I just wish they were more realistic and honest with me regarding the time line rather than keeping me waiting.

The plumber was very courteous and informative. He explained what needed to be repaired and the cost. After the work was completed, he showed me what had been done. I was very pleased with the service.

The service was adequate. Not great, not terrible over all. They were an hour late showing up, and the price was ridiculous. $600 and they did not need to snake the drain. They were courteous and pleasant.

Ray was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. I dont love having service people in my home but Ray was a joy. Our pipes/drain are fixed and he showed me before he finished up so I knew the job was done right.

Denys was the third person to come address our clog issue and was the best of the three. He took the time to go into the trap and used his camera to inspect the pipes- and found where the clean out is in our backyard. He located our issue to be roots And a broken pipe. Even though he cleaned the roots we now have to have a pipe replaced. Which we would not have known without him. He was even kind enough to call for an estimate for us

The service technician was obviously an expert on drains and listened to me describe the problem and came up with a course of action using a large drain opener. He provided insight as to why the clog happened and patiently answered my questions. He recommended an enzyme treatment that was safe for septic tanks. Im not excited about the price of $535 for the service, but understand that its probably a standard rate. If I were in a similar jam in the future, I would call them again.

Set us up with a lead to get the basement professionally cleaned and a complementary appointment to get a camera down our drains to make sure the clog is gone. Several technicians came on different days in response to a basement flood due to main underground pipeline clogged from tree roots. The issue was resolved. The technicians were professional, efficient, always arrived within time-frame I chose, cleaned up, and were very nice and friendly.

I stupidly put an earring on the edge of my sink and of course knocked it over and it washed right down the drain. Nick arrived within an hour and fished it right out in mere moments. Nick and Dan came in to clear out roots from my Sewer pipe something that happens every 3-5 years. They were both professional, clean, and thorough. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is due yo the price hike. I paid $250 more than I did 3 years ago and RR’s new charge for removing a toilet (which had to be done to clear out the sewer line in this house) was $300 which is a bit much. Nick gave me a $200 discount which took the sting out of it but overall it was still $250 higher than I had to pay last time.

Best experience one could hope for when faced with emergency plumbing issues. They arrived well inside the time window given by the dispatcher; were friendly, professional, and fast; cleared out a root ball in the sewer line 35’ outside the house, and miraculously created no mess in the process. They scoped the pipe with a camera and showed exactly where the issues were. Price was quite reasonable for the work and time.

We are really glad we called Roto-Rooter when our downstairs toilet backed up and overflowed yesterday! James arrived shortly after we phoned. We showed him what had happened -- the stoppage affected all the pipes that go across our basement and lead to the town sewer system. It was a big job that required removing the whole toilet and running the Roto-Rooter machine up, down, and around bends and corners. It took three hours of hard work. James did a great job and really knew what he was doing. There must have been many blockages on the long line but he cleared it all up. Our house water system is now running better than it ever has since we moved in 6 years ago. James was pleasant, professional and thorough. They were to the house within 3 hours did and explained everything they found when they couldn’t go any further they sent in another man to find the cause of the sewer pipe backup it’s up and running now but pipe from front of house to city sewer needs to be replace he took video of inside of pipe

James was a fantastic tech who came out very promptly when I had an issue at night with my drain backing up when my washer would pump out. He quoted me a service to snake the drain and clear the blockage, but ended up being able to clear the line with a bladder drain opener and dropped the charges down since he didnt have to snake it! James also gave me some tips for keeping the lines clean and clearing them in the future should I need to. Overall an incredible service!

I had a very complicated and expensive job involving the removal of an ancient house trap (on a 1926 home) and then the clearing of a sewer line down to the road that had become blocked by weeds.
