These guys were amazing! My old pet stained carpets never looked so good. Everything smells fresh and clean, and they were even able to get the dirt out of the dimples in my kitchen linoleum through layers of floor wax.I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Quality services provided by 2 very friendly and thorough men. They cleaned my wood floors, loveseat and sofa and some area carpets. Also had the furniture protected. Very happy. On time. Would definitely hire them back again without question.

I received a call saying they would arrive in 15-20 min. An hour later they showed up. I asked them to park in my space and he moved the vehicle but was still in the other Townhouses spot. I asked him to park in my space and he refused to move. He came through my house with hoses like a bull in a china shop. He was banging into my furniture and just kept going. Attitude all the way. The second gentleman had little to say. I told him this should be a good experience and he said I know. The whole thing from start to finish took 15 min. The rugs were wet and could have benefited from more extraction. I paid the bill and they left. I had $20. each put aside for a tip, I appreciate good service, this was a bad experience all around so no tip. My son had used Stanley Steamer in the past and had great experiences so I tried. Never again.

Easy to book.Called during designated window to say they would be here in 20 minutes. We added one more bedroom to cleaning plan. Our technician was Chuck and he was excellent. Friendly, professional and very hard worker. This is the second time we used Stanley Steemer. We will call them again and hope we get Chuck..

Wonderful experience yesterday with my furniture and area cleaned. My technician Giovanni Matias was great. He was professional, communicative and did a fabulous job with my furniture and carpet.

I was very pleased with Stanley Steemer. Mike and Dan did a great job cleaning our white sectional and 2 white chairs and area rug in the living room, removing some spots I thought at best they could only lighten. They were quick, too - a plus in my book! Very customer service oriented; they came back shortly after leaving because I needed them to move our heavy glass coffee table closer to the sofa, back to its original position before their cleaning.

Giovanni was friendly, courteous and professional. Our rugs look great and I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely use Stanley Steemer again based on this experience.

Did an excellent Job on parts of the carpet.The high traffic areas were very poor and still dark.They did remove a stain by the kitchen, But I had to ask them to repeat the process 3 times. So I know its possible to get the high traffic areas clean too. It would not have taken a lot of time to clean the high traffic area because it only 10 feet long and 3 feet wide. They arrived during the expected time window and did a thorough job cleaning some really gross carpet. Were getting it replaced but they new floors cant be installed until fall so we needed to do something. Im impressed with how good our old floor looks.

This was my third time using Stanley Steemer and they had always done a great job. This time we had 2 couches, an area rug, a hallway and living room done and they were here only 47 minutes and they were trying to say that some items didnt need it, they used our water which in the past they had not. A day later it looks like it was never touched.

The technician has been here before and I would prefer his return over others this company has sent. He and his partner were polite, efficient, and thorough. They took their time to do a good job and did not waste time doing it.

Although the two men were very professional and courteous, I have to say for the first time in the past 3 years that I have been purchasing packages thru stanley steemer, I was dissatisfied. They did not move any of my couches/chairs/coffee table. When I asked after the fact, their response was because it is not a high traffic area. So that is assuming I never re-arrange my furniture? Also, that means it does not get dusty under these items? I told them I have a Golden Retriever, and his hair flies everywhere --They very kindly came back in and redid it. Which was a nice gesture. However, when they left, they still did not move my chair/ottoman/tables/couches. In the past, they would be moved and a slip of paper under the feet of the furniture as the rug would be damp. No sheet of paper, and upon touching it --was still dry. Not sure how the fibers got cleaned

Stanley Steamers did my dining and iving room carpets and stairs and they did an incredible job! There were several large stains and the young man did a deep clean and got out all the stains. He was also very courteous and professional. My carpet is white burber and over 15 years old, and looks brand new! We had 2 bathrooms and a kitchen of tile floors cleaned after 8 years of wear and tear. They look like new now. We also had 2 bedroom carpets done and they too look like new. We are very happy with the professional quality service we received.

What a waste of money that was, doesnt even look like they did anything in the hour they were here, charged me $260. This cushion (attached photo) was cleaned what a rip offStanley responded to this review and rescheduled and sent another rep in to redo the cleaning. Couch and Love seat still didn’t clean up very well but at least this time the rep put a good amount of effort into his work.. wish I knew what they could and couldn’t do before I committed to spend that much money.

Im a long-standing customer and have been consistently very satisfied with the quality of their work. (I book online and am assigned to the Marlboro franchise). The wall-to-wall carpeting in my in-home professional office gets a lot of foot traffic and inevitable stains. Same for upholstered chairs. As always, the carpeting and chairs turn out looking brand new, and Im delighted! The 2-person team was very professional and quite attentive to details (including giving me booties so I could walk on the carpet to check their work).

Stanley Steemer did a great job for us. Cleaned tile and grout in 2 bathrooms and laundry room. Also he did a large walk-in shower stall floor and walls. He did a perfect job on an upholstered lounge chair. He was professional, courteous and called when he was on his way. I would not hesitate to call Stanley Steemer again and highly recommend them..

The fee was way to expensive for the amount and quality of work that was done. We have a 12 x 12 room that they cleaned. They only had to move 3 pieces of furniture out of the room (5 feet away). They were here for approximately 13 minutes and we paid $200.00. Also a few of the stains showed through after the carpet dried. Not very please with there over all business.

Great company! The crew were nice and introduced themselves and asked for any specifics related to my cleaning needs. They informed me of their process and made sure I took a look at everything before they packed up to ensure I was satisfied (which I was, very impressed). They were efficient and clean (masks, booties, etc.) I have two medium sized dogs so my couches and and rugs really take a beating. They look and smell so clean and not at all “perfumey”. Super easy to book and pay. Would highly recommend and this will be at least an annual occurrence from now on for my house!

I asked about possibly cleaning a linoleum kitchen floor also and was told they wouldn’t be able to make it physically look better and would be a waste of my money. Totally respected their honesty. We had tried using other companies in the past and Stanley Steemer was able to get stains out that had been left behind by other companies. Absolutely worth it!

I paid $150 to have two rooms and one staircase cleaned. I arrived on site about 20 minutes after the technicians left. An absolute piss poor job. None of the stains were removed, I’m not talking about a white alpaca carpet here. This is a commercial grade low-profile gray carpet. It literally looks like they added water to my carpet and left. Putting my nose down to the carpet there is no scent of any cleaning solution in all high traffic areas including the stairs look like they weren’t cleaned at all. Completely unacceptable, I will never use this company again. I’ve spent a career in property management and of all the contractors I’ve used to clean carpets Stanley steamer is by far the worst. $150 wasted, God for bid people take pride in what they do for a living. So disappointed.

Cleaning team arrived on time, having called ahead to let us know. They were professional and efficient, completing the family room furniture and 3 rooms of carpeting in just over an hour. We will definitely use their services again.

This is the second time Ive had Stanley here to clean two rooms, as I wanted to have the rooms empty so had to stage each set separately. The first time things went really well and the rooms looked great. The second crew seemed to be much quicker, and there was still cat hair on the floors after the cleaning. It looks and smells better, but it is not as clean as the first set.

Stanley Steemers came out and cleaned/deodorized our main level living area. We moved in 3 years ago and we are about to furnish the living room with new furniture and wanted a fresh start. They came in and very quickly cleaned everything and the upstairs carpet now looks brand-new! I will be calling them again in the future for the bedrooms and stairs!!

The website was easy to use, I got email and text reminders ahead of the service, and I got a call 30 minutes prior, all to my satisfaction.The two men who arrived to clean my area rugs were clean, protected (foot covers for the house, face mask for people), and they performed the work well in about 20 minutes.The reason I only gave 3 stars is that when they arrived and found out I had area rugs, not wall-to-wall, they said that the online quote was only for wtw, and area rugs were priced by the square foot, due to blah blah...the final amount came in at about 60% higher than the online quote. I agreed to have the service done anyway, but the experience left me feeling like I had been taken. I have not checked back online to see if there was information on area rugs vs. wall to wall, but if there was, it escaped me when I scheduled.If this is a valid pricing differential, trust your customers to make informed decisions, and be more obvious online and in person. No one likes to feel like they’ve been taken.

I wouldn’t say I was “WOW”’d as promised. They look “good”. It was VERY fast, and they look the same as when I do them myself with a carpet cleaner rental. They smell better but we were told after the fact that even though we payed extra for odor remover that “it may not always work on pet odor”—none of which was said beforehand and I’m not even sure if the odor remover was done, they were in and out in under an hour. They were nice and polite but I guess based on what I read I just expected to see a big difference our carpets aren’t old and I do them myself once or twice a year. It looks the same for double what it costs me to do it myself.

The two gentlemen that came on August 24th to clean our carpeting where one of our dogs had an accident were VERY professional. We were informed would come between the hours of 2-6 and arrived at 2:45 with a call letting us know of their arrival. This is the second time that we have used their services and will again. The stain came out too!!! Very happy.

The young men who responded were very polite and went straight to work. They worked well together and in no time had cleaned and protected a wall-to-wall rug and had cleaned 2 area rugs with wonderful results. Though they were later than the expected window of time, they did call and update us as to their ETA. All in all, a great first experience with Stanley Steemer.

At the recent shampooing of my carpets, the representatives of your company came in early (with notice) and went right to work. The carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction and employees were professional and polite. They came in, set up and cleaned the carpets on a timely basis resulting in less down time for me.In the past I have utilized your services to clean a carpet with water damage from my broken water heater and I was extremely satisfied with that also.I would have no problem recommending others use your services, in fact, I did refer one individual and they had you come to their place.

Good communication. 6 rooms done in under two hours, and the results were excellent. While the results could have been worse depending on my stains, they communicated this up front and did an excellent job. The techs that did my service call were genuinely excited about how well my carpet came out. The job was excellent and the price was right, I will be calling Stanley back every year.

I received a coupon in the mail to Hudson, NH. This was not my first coupon. I scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks out and shared the coupon with the rep that took the phone call. we had an open time from 2-5pm. at 5pm we received a phone call that they were running behind and would be another 1-1.5hours and they would not honor the coupon. This is fraud. They have the reputation of NOT honoring this $99. coupon anywhere in the state of NH. we did not use them this appointment. I would also recommend using a privately own service and NOT use Stanley steamer unless they start honoring what they send out to peoples homes. They are not reliable nor professional.

Stanley Steemer always does a good job for whatever service I request! Kudos., But I have not be satisfied with its email receipts. I am not able to download the from the email to the computer. I find this frustrating because I have to keep records for tax purposes. Put the receipt in Adobe or something other than what you use.
