This place is the Best!!. These guys go far and beyond to find the problem. I brought in my HP Laptop here to get the screen repaired. Me being a student and could not afford a new laptop, The fix was the cheapest around and they threw in a student discount for me and did a great job so happy with my experience here. Would highly recommend this place.

I went to this store once before and was satisfied. I went back a few years later and NEVER AGAIN! I was satisfied with the service so I thought. I went pretty close to closing time and I asked sorry it is late but can you fix my cracked screen I will be traveling and need it fixed. He was happy to do it. After about 10 minutes it was completed and I was thrilled for not having to wait. I bought a glass protector as well and give him a generous tip. While on vacation the next day my phone wasn’t closed completely and I had to push the phone shut so the seams on the side closed, and moved on with my day. After a few days the glass protection was not staying on the glass and I would secure it again and move it with my phone case. It finally came off and my screen was cracked in the exact locations I had to close my actual phone. I went back to the store about a month later (there is a three month warranty). Talked to probably the son and I have never been so disrespected- they automatically assumed it was from physical damaged and claimed I did it. I told them about the rush job and would have been in sooner if I knew that my screen was broken due to the me fixing the problem they caused. He called me some names and liar and that it was my problem that I went away, not his. He offered me $10 off to replace it and I said it was under warranty and he said not for physical damage. I said his colleague didn’t put my phone back together correctly and I have a warranty. After about 5 minutes of going back and forth I left angry and frustrated and called corporate. They also were very rude after I explained the situation and said our policy states physical damage over and over - regardless that they didn’t fix my phone and caused more damaged and now I need to pay to get it fix again. I went to apple to make sure further damaged was done. They broke my phone and not taking any responsibility. I have contacted the BBB. The money is a moot point now. I don’t expect a company to treat customers this way for shoddy work. I would go somewhere else don’t risk the chance with your phone.

I went and got my screen fixed and after I got my phone back face id doesn’t work anymore before they touched my phone it worked even with my screen cracked I call and they say nothing really very disappointed and pissedboff with this

I like the guy and I like the price and service. However you get what you pay for. I had my screen replaced and it does comes off like it had not been glued down. The digitizer responding to clicks at locations other than where it was clicked. 🤷‍♂️

I kept getting this “GPS not found” error on my iPhone 6. I couldn’t use Waze or Maps and it was driving me nuts.r I bought a couple of cheap parts on amazon (GPS signal antenna) & Gokhan was able to fix my phone in like 30-40 mins. Works perfect now! Reasonable price too. Thanks so much Gokhan!

I came into the store with my friend earlier today. He was having issues with his new iPhone 7, it kept crashing and was having problem with the audio (insert lack of aux port joke here). After just a 10 minute wait, we got to meet up with one of the friendliest Genius techs ever. I mean seriously, the guy was one of the friendliest, most down to Earth, and professional individuals Ive ever had the privilege to meet. It was the best customer service I have ever received and I wasnt even the customer. It made me, a long time and staunch android supporter, literally consider getting an iPhone just because of how excellent the technician was. 10/10 recommend this place and would definitely recommend asking for Bryan if hes still around by the time you read this. And again thanks a lot to them.

So I broke the screen on my tablet. I first went to Best Buy they were not able to help me but they suggested I go to The Fix. I did and the owner was in and he was very honest. He said it would cost just as much to fix it as it would to buy a new one. I asked if I could put a protective screen on and he said I could give it a try. I let him know I was afraid to do it myself. He told me to bring it back when I got the screen. I did and he didnt even hesitate to do the work. When I tried to pay him for it he refused to take any money. I would say that in this day and age this is the kind of person I want to be dealing with. The best place to fix your phone and tablets. Very fast and efficient service. The guy named Sam that fixed my iPhone sxmax was really friendly and polite. I had a great experience with this store I definitely recommend it to everyone.

On 1/14/19, I brought my damaged iPhone 8+ in for screen replacement. WORST decision ever. It was obvious that either the installer was an amateur or, more likely, the glass was junk. I immediately noticed the scrolling was jumpy and not smooth, and hyper sensitive, opening links I never meant to open. Within 24 hours, my entire screen went black. And adding insult to injury, it negated my Apple warranty. $800 later at the Apple store, for the entire Patriots game, I left Apple because I needed a new phone! THE WORST! Spend the money and go to Apple. Its worth it. I would NEVER recommend this store.

The fix is the best place to get your phone screen replaced. I have tried other places and their screen next last long but the FIX does a good job and guys super quick. I give them 5 stars all day everyday!

He said it would cost me $20 to be put back to the original for the labor.
