I am not one usually to post reviews but I certainly am one to look at them when selecting any sort of service like this. Had my first experience with the Maids today and could not be more pleased or impressed with the work that was done. My home was in desperate need of a deep clean. Read through reviews for what seemed like endless cleaning companies and ended up here and am so glad I did. The crew showed up right on time and came prepared with all the necessary supplies. Did a walk through of what I wanted done and off they went. I am extremely picky and they accommodated every single request. My house was spotless after they finished and I cannot stress enough that if there is any question on who to use that they are hands down the best out there. Price was more than reasonable for the amount of time they were here and every inch of my home they cleaned. Will absolutely be a repeat customer!

I have heard from one too many of your former employees that this company does not treat them with respect and this is NOT the way you should be treating anyone, ESPECIALLY if they do the impossible to try to do their work perfectly. reevaluate, and take the time to value the workers that are currently working with you and treat them with respect. this is not ok. Update in response to the owner response, I spoke with one of your team members right after I moved in to our home and they were able to locate the original clean and we even able to quote me exactly what was supposed to be cleaned. The problem with your offer to make it right is I have already moved out, the new family is already in the home and my previous landlord already complained about the cleanliness of the appliances. As for the quote being on the lower end, when we got the call, the new price was going to be $730, we were originally quoted $450-630. Please please let me know how $730 was on the very low end of the quote? Also I did actually reach out to Sue to let her know my landlord complained about the cleaning and never received a response.I have used the maids 2x the first time was a cleaning before my husband got home from a deployment, they gave me a fair priced quote but when they get to my home the price jumped almost double, this happened both times I used them as well. The second time I used them was for a move out cleaning, again the quote quickly doubled, they made false claims about tons of dog hair, I went back to the house and found dig hair in one small closet they didnt even clean. I vacuumed the entire home before they got there to get rid of all the excess hair. In the end my landlord still complained about the microwave being dirty and the windows not being cleaned. The previous tenants also used the maids for their move out cleaning and the house was absolutely gross when we moved in, junk all over the walls, the fridge had rotten watermelon in it. Overall I would not recommend them. I did reach out to them about the complaints about the microwave and nothing was done by them.

The Maids were here today to clean and sanitize a rental property. This visit.they reached perfection. Every inch sparkles and shines and it smells so refreshing. Not our first rodeo. The Maids are the best!

The Maids are the best by far. I have had other companies no one cleans like the Maids. They are thorough and efficient. I love how the house smells when theyre done. It feels and looks so clean. Ive had them 4 times so far and mimo to follow. Thank you so much

Outstanding cleaning service! I cannot say enough great words regarding my experience with The Maids. The cleaning team the company sent to my home was hard working and efficient. We have wood cabinets in our kitchen which are 20 years old and showing their age/dirt with so much use, we were going to replace them. The Maids team cleaned them so well we are not going to replace the cabinets as they look brand new! I will be using their service again!

I had very valuable earrings and a ring stolen by The Maids- Marlborough. Jim, the owner, would not allow his insurance to cover the theft even though it was apparent who the thief was and the police had been notified, etc. He basically used the excuse that the worker could not be understood and could not speak English and he stands by his employees. You cannot trust the workers or the owner of this company. I had obtained a Certificate of Insurance from this company before hiring them but in the end that made no difference because the owner simply refuses to believe his employees could do anything wrong. Pathetic. She actually went into my dresser drawer to find the jewelry. Dont make the same mistake I did. Stay away from this business.

My house is extremely clean. The cleaners showed up on time with what seemed like a small army, brought all their own products and vacuums. Totally painless and worth every penny.

OMG!!! There should be more stars as these ladies worked every minute while in our new house! The attention to detail was incredible; not a single space/corner/nook or cranny escaped their cloth. We were amazed that they brought their own ladders to clean on top of the cabinets and all windows/door frames. We have had cleaning services previously and none compare to The Maids!!! Very professional and prompt and thorough. Tara is great handled all my needs smoothly.

Move-in cleaning service was terrible.Stove, microwave etc. the kitten area was still oily and dirty after the service. inside a cabinet was very dusty. I had to clean all over again by myself. And I sent “The maids” an email about the situation but I never heard them back. My opinion about the service was totally ignored.
