Horrible experience. My boyfriend and I were buying a car out of state and a lady, who works there was extremely rude. Not helpful at all! Made a stressful situation even worse. When we arrived at the place in person, we spoke with Eric who was extremely helpful.

We have been with Gersh Insurance since 1988. Always very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately recently I had to submit a claim due to wind damage which affected my roof and interior of our home. We have Concord Group as our policy holder and they have been very good. However, Lynn, went above and beyond to reach out and really help with every step of the process. She followed up and really helped with keeping the stress down. Reassuring, pleasant and professional, along with just being an all around kind person. If you ever do have to use your insurance you would be lucky to have Lynn working with you, she has your back when you need it.

Me and my mom work with Lynn and she is the best! I was involved in an accident this past Saturday night and Sunday she submitted my claim and got it approved by Monday on Columbus day weekend! She is quick, reliable and super kind, always going out of her way! 1000% recommend!!

I have been customer at Gersh for 12 years. Ever since my first car. My dad has done business with them for much longer and therefore I have had the distinct pleasure to always deal with Raf, Dani and Fran (who might not even be in their company any longer). It wasn’t until 2 or 3 years that I came across Lynn. I’m so glad I did. It’s no surprise that she knew my father so well. To me it’s evidence that she strives to know her clientele (and what they need) and still manages to still remember who is who. Lynn actually knows it’s me when I call. A year ago I was disappointed at rates I was given through my previous insurance I had for a few years. I started to ask around and a long time friend Lynn reached out to me and offered her services to see how she could help. Within an hour she had a quote prepared for me $1200.00 less then our current plan. Lynn made switching to Gersh a quick easy transition! Every month I stop in to pay our bill with either cash or card and she is always quick and efficient! She takes the time to ask about my family along with sharing updates on hers.
