It has come to my attention today that this insr company took it upon themselves without checking with me about changing my policy. What gives them the right to change my policy without my say so or knowledge of it. They nit pick u over all these lil charges they sneak into ur policy then when u call them out on it. They make u feel like the loser for using ur insr that u have paid for over the years. Professional Gold Diggers at the finest in motion here with this company. Save ur $$$$ n do not let these gold diggers rip u off too!!!

I confess that Im always suspicious of insurance companies and insurance agencies but I have to say that I have had nothing but excellent service and advice from customer service representatives at this agency. I currently have my auto insurance for 2 cars, homeowners insurance for my primary home and rental property, umbrella insurance and a term life insurance policy through this agency. I have always found the customer service representatives knowledgeable, friendly and willing to do the extra work to answer my questions and find the best deal for my needs. These folks have been so helpful that both of my adult children who dont even live in this area use Murphy Insurance for much of their insurance needs.

These agents are AMAZING. A family health crisis caused us to let our insurance payment slip through the cracks, and our vehicle registrations were revoked (with a zero-day notice from the RMV). I called the agency as soon as I got the notice (which was also the day the revocation went into effect), ONE HOUR before closing, and Chris and Bethania bent over backwards (on the phone with the underwriter! e-documents for me to sign! phone payment via conference call with the underwriter!) to get our policy re-instated all before 5:00.If they hadnt JUMPED to get our problem solved the moment I called, it would have meant grounded vehicles, and having to miss work in order to go in person to the RMV (and in a borrowed car, obviously!). They really saved us a huge hassle (and I should add, they didnt give any lectures about making payments on time, they simply fixed the problem because I called and asked for help, no questions asked). If I could give them 10 stars, I would.Weve been with Murphy for several years and have multiple vehicles and properties insured through them. Weve never had any issues with billing or claims so weve always been happy with them. But this is the first time we faced a minor crisis, and they pulled through like champs. Thank you, Murphy Insurance!!!

Complete rip off!!! any angency to write a rediculos poilcy with inflated limits to make some money!! Shame on you! The audacity to even talk about how you insure Teslas so you think its ok to jack peoples rates oh yeah and not even have coverage protecting the driver but inflated rates to protect other people they insure! Dawn is super unprofessional! Wish I could give them zero Stars but I have to give them one to be able to make sure people stay away from agencies and go get a policy on your own!
