I live in The Heights for 5 years and this last 3 months has been very complicated to have a little peace in relation to the silence of Building 43, I am communicating to the officce we have some residents who are not respecting the law of silence and the Office the moment never has an action against the loud sound we are having at the building, tonight we had a resident with a loud sound until 11:30 pm where we can not rest after a day of work and the children could not sleep to go to school well the other day. Think right before I came to live in the condominium the heights because they show you just the good part of the condominium and in fact you end up being cheated.

Ive only been @ the Heights for 8 Months and I find it quite pleasant and quiet here. If and when I do have any issues with my apartment Ryan & Kaylie have always been very accommodating to Me and my familys needs. It hasnt been easy for my kids to transition from a different town and they did everything in their power to get me and my kids settled in. Thank you again.

I had to relocate temporarily to this town from another state. When I was choosing apartments, I decided on the Heights because I was told that it was quiet and we’ll taken care of. I asked for an apartment where there wasn’t a lot of noise above me because I work all day and pay 1750.00 a month yet I come home every night and have to spend every weekend with running, screaming, fighting, and jumping constantly. This is ridiculous to pay this much for this place when you have to live this way. No one does anything. The doors are broken when they were supposed to be locked and you were supposed to have a key to get in for security. People have zero respect and I won’t continue to live this way. The smell of weed is disgusting and it’s embarrassing when someone professional comes over. This will be the last weekend I’ll be having to spend like this.

I have been living here for 4 years and every day the condominium has been left without care, I have a part of the room leaking rainwater for 1 year and 3 months and so far it has not been fixed, they came to my apartment to see it and stayed to return 3 days later and still nothing. we have a serious problem of theft of mail delivered to the building when we go to the office to speak, they say that they cannot do anything and that the responsibility is ours, we have already talked to put security cameras and so far nothing has been done.

I’ve been here six years now. Now that there’s new management here there have been lots of positive changes. This place is much cleaner and welcoming. The staff is always on top of any issue that arises.

Lived here for about 4 Years really beautiful and peaceful environment. The property manager Elizabeth and Assistant Property Manager Ryan were always there to assist me in any inquiry in a timely manner, even helped me looked for another unit at the Heights for my parents to live close to me, i appreciate everything about this place, specially the staff who was always very attentive of my and my family needs. THANK YOU Elizabeth and Ryan!!! For your patience and hard work.

I will not give more than 2 stars. Here is my comment after spending 5 month.As said by other also, manager/ management is money minded. I moved here from California and booked this apartment online. Due to some issues, apartment did not get booked immediately online and half of booking amount was deducted from my bank account. They solved issue after 1 week and by that time, apartment price also went down. They said they will consider my booking for lower price, but just before 2 days of moving date, they denied. As I did not have any option, I had to move in with higher rent.They do not allow to see booked flat before move in date, you can assume by visiting through their show/ sample apartment. In my case, I got a smaller kitchen and less storage space, however in sample apartment they have big kitchen. I had to spend $100 for kitchen storage. I will suggest everyone to check kitchen space before booking.There is option to cancel your lease without penalty anytime during the first 30 days after you move in date. But usually people do not move out due to other moving cost.Trash removal service was pathetic, but since last few days they have improved it.Other maintenance work is excellent, Snow was removed immediately.For parking you may have to park a little bit away from your apartment, it depends on apartment location. But I did not face any parking issue.No gym inside apartment complex, you may get good gym with lees rent in other apartment nearby.Old concrete building, but you can easily hear neighbor TV sound, seems hole in celling for raiser.Smoke is everywhere, even inside apartment.Although my apartment does not have roaches, they have treated whole building 3 times in last 7 months. This is not the case for all the building, but it is very difficult to vacant apartment for roaches treatment in every 2-3 months.

Since harbor group took over ive had the best experience with them they are on time and very responsible with work orders Ryan kaylie and property manager Elizabeth are amazing they take their time to find what best fits you their super sweet patient and friendly every time i called or walk in the office their this someone available. i am very grateful to live in such a great community.

After 2 years living at this great place I have to say that our requests were attended with professionalism and quickly for all the staff.I can not forget to mention about this last great winter that we had, was a lot of snow and you guys did a great job to remove all the snow from walkways and parking.The Heights of Marlborough it is a great place to live. I lived here for a little over 6 months and i loved it it was always very quite and everyone kept to them selves. My family was very loud but never was there a complaint made the pool is beautiful well watched and clean its a big plot of land with a lovely back road for bike ridding its so peace full the management team was wonderful if ever my mother was late with rent there was no late fee or cocky attitude or anything like that! the reason i gave it a 4 not 5 is because there was an issue with someone stealing our lock up stuff from the storage room so id say dont put ANYTHING valuable in there but other than that i highly recommend. Also they fixed things on spot with no issue they came within the hour or a day if people were busy. the apartments were well built never had a bug problem big spacious areas of the home i absolutely loved it!

If i could give negative stars i would! I cant believe I pay over $1600 for this dump. The grounds are constantly covered with dog poop and trash. Theres never any parking. The outside lights never work. They never shovel, plow or lay salt. My car has been stolen then totaled while parked. And of course there’s no cameras or anything. The laundry (one machine in each building) NEVER works and they make you pay for it. My outlets in my apartment have electrocuted me. The gutters legit fly off the building when it’s windy. My shower burts out hot or cold, there’s no in-between. My dishwasher was “repaired” and they refuse to replace it. The place is outdated and overpriced. On top of it all, the office staff is a JOKE. They are extremely slow, rude and uneducated. Bunch of money hungry liars. Worst mistake ive ever made was living here. Even if the rent was cut in half I would not want to live here. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE. Seriously.

This building is totally not a safe place to live there is no cameras anywhere Because the owner is too cheap,tenants are thieves i got my packages delivered tenants stolen my packages people comes in my apartment without my permission I’m a new tenant the manager office lied to me about changing door lock it is a beautiful building but not a safe building to stay.

Management staffs are fully MONEY MINDED.**********************************Not recommended **************************************I was lived in that apartment more than a year, I gave an 2months notice period to vacate, Due to some reason I could not able to vacate on time and requested to extend the lease for the same apartment. Management people not agreed and said that apartment rented to somebody after your vacate.I dont have any option and finally vacated from there and after 15-20 days just checked the availability in online, Found the same apartment which was vacated by me is available with high rate of rent.****************************Not Recommended ****************

I would give this place negative stars if I could! Do yourself a favor and save yourself from stress.. this should be a last resort rental only. The office management is so mean and has sent me into tears many times. Purely money hungry.Oh yea the comment below about dog poop is very true. Update (08/10/18) being written at 4am.Just woke up to the noise of damn rats chewing/nibbling the walls from the outside (but inside) yet again. 4th time I hear this.This is disgusting!!!*****THE MANAGER WILL TELL YOU TO CALL THEIR OFFICE AND THAT THEY’RE SORRY BUT THEY’RE ALL A BUNCH OF RUDE NANCY’s AND DONT DO SH** TO FIX ANY PROBLEMS — THE 3x I EVER WALKED INTO THEIR OFFICE THEY WERE ALWAYS LAUGHING OUT LOUD, ON THEIR PHONES... yup, sounds like they’re working alright !!!!!!**********************************************************MY ORIGINAL REVIEW 5 MONTHS AGO —— so wish I could give negative stars to this apartment complex.I literally just moved and I wish I never did.The people working in the office are the rudest people ever and seem to be doing you a favor when you ask them for something or when you call. Writing this with the delight of being less than a week away from being out of this garbage.Leasing office is highly unprofessional and never helpful, on top of being extremely rude at times. Property director will respond to you after a month or so if you ever have to e-mail her. Had the pleasure to live down in the main building (building #39/40, where the leasing office is located and apparentlyt where the owner lives) so there were two sets of washers and dryers. You would be lucky if you got all of them working at the same time though, at least one of them is always out of order. That is 2 washers and 2 dryers for more than 10 families to share. It will be putrid at times, as some residents do not clean after themselves and even leave you the gift of having the hallways stinking of cigarettes and marijuana.I live on the bottom floor, right next to the laundry hall, there was a leakage that affected my apartment and had the carpets soaked wet entirely and flooded my kitchen and bathroom. Takes maintenance about 4 hours to come after you call them on their 24/7 availability just to give it a look. Then we had to wait a couple more hours just to have the maintenance crew break my bed frame by moving it without consent and not saying a word. They then claim the bed had been like this before they touched it. Absolute joke. I had to have 4 big fans installed in the apartment for 7 days, running all day to get the floor and carpets dried out, dust and mold everywhere, even made my electric bill spike. The carpet was changed since and is uneven and different colour. We were supposed to get a crew to clean the house as courtesy of the inconvenience. Took another 4 days for that to happen and only the carpet area was cleaned.There are never parking spots. Snow is always piled up. The dumpster is a car-ride away since they have moved it 500 ft down from the building and makes it impossible to walk down the hill with all the ice and snow on the way. Tenants do not respect dumpster rules and constantly dispose of furniture that is not taken out by anyone and sits there for months even.Do not even get me start on the noise. Expect to have uneducated neighbors party all Sunday up untill 2am and have to call the police since calling residents line wont help for at least up to 2 hours.Rent is overpriced for something this outdated. A 470 sq ft 1br 1bath with no balcony in the kitchen, no dishwasher, a malfunctioning air conditioner that costs $1,300? No thank you. Oh and there is also a $10 fee if you want the convenience of paying for your rent online. Enjoy!They will also try to milk every single penny out of you charging for the smallest things like having to buy a pool pass if you want to enjoy the water in the public area.Do yourself a favor and keep looking around for better places to live.________EDIT AS OF 03/23/2019They have now scammed me from 50% (U$650) of my security deposit and avoid discussing the matter at all times. I have visited the leasing office three times and even went to their other property - The Meadows twice only to be getting the we will call you note that, you guessed it, never happens. Apparently they are under new management and honestly not a lot has changed.

Terrible ! my packages from Amazon, USPS, UPS and others were delivered and gone !!! There are no cameras in the blocks and the office does not help at all! mailbox very small for packages and no security at all !!! horrible experience, I want to move. I really don’t recommend this place.

My car got towed from my own parking space that I payed extra money for.. The office is purly out for profit, they could care less about resident satisfaction. Left with proper notice as directed by staff. then got a bill for 3000$ saying I owe them rent for un proper notice. Property manager completly un-responsive to requests to fix this.

Worst Apartment to live in! My experience with Heights at Marlborough has been really bad since day 1. At first they denied the possession of the apartment just before 2 days of the move. Secondly they agreed a later day which they again denied and finally gave us the possession 15 days later of the day we were supposed to move in. We were told we will get a renovated apartment with new appliances which wasnt the case. My bag full of clothes was stolen from the laundry area of the building and when reported to office they were smiling at it. The service requests are not worked upon for week .. and all this has happened in just a month of my move in!. Lets see what is in store for the entire year before I move out of this place!!! I will not recommend this place to anyone!

You can get good renovated apartments, and its setup for verizon fios, as well the washing machines are excellent here. The cons, the buildings are old, led walls result in paint cracking after a year almost everywhere. Basketball courts are damaged only one side is barely usable, grills are not clean, and pool is tiny and only really usable by young kids. Management is rude and never reports anything you say to them to the maintenance team, even though under the lease they say everything will be done within one day it takes many weeks to get the basics done yet they always get them done quickly and sloppy when your not home, yet expect the place at the end to be up to the same or better standards than the place started off like as if their maintenance negligence is your fault. Also the parking is insufficient, while I was always able to park close most of the time I would not be able to park in an actual parking spot. They have so many people for the parking they provide that typically you have to just park on the side of one of the apartments driveways and since the roads are tight already it means cars having to time themselves to get through. Its horrible in winter, I already got my car smashed once in the first week by a snow plow and they made it hard to pay for the damages that they caused still! They also have a ridiculous guest parking situation you need to get a parking pass for all your guests within the times the office is open usually limited to most peoples work hours, and they require all guests to park in a small parking insufficient for the typical guests that come. its a few hundred meters down the complex and is typically full. They are very diligent in towing you if you dont have the parking pass, or even if you do but you dont park in the guest area because its full they still will tow you. It happened to my brother and cost him 250 dollars in the middle of the night before a work day and they were totally unwilling to refund him like as if this was his fault. its easier to park across the street at the price chopper. If they have insufficient guest parking+insufficient parking for the tenants they need to fix something. The snow plows also are horrible they always plow you in and once even made a snow mound on top of my car because my car is white and thought when it had a small layer of snow it must already be a snow mound. They plowed nearly, almost 10 feet of snow on top of the car and I had to spend hours all night digging my car out for work the next day, I called and they said they have no one to help and that while they understand the trouble they did not agree this was their fault or responsibility. Overall, for the price and location I thought for my first apartment it was still worth it with all these negatives and pros. It felt like it was worth the price and was a nice stay until they raised the rent over 220 dollars in one year (1260-1480 two bed one bathroom), but I am starting to feel since it was my first apartment I also had very little understanding in what I did not know about either. They have a great property but everything else is going wrong for them in service and maintenance area and it seems like this has been the way they have been doing stuff for a long time from the reviews I can see. They also make it very hard to move out since they never have their lease dates end at the end of the month typically in the middle as well.

New management is horrible and irresponsible my washer machine died back on October 31 and here we are more than two weeks later and nothing gets fixed. Every time I call they say that they don’t know the status of my order and the maintenance crew is useless. Please stay away from this complex

I live here in this Condominium ‘when you come to see it for rent! And the most beautiful thing because they show the model! But when you change. Aff things are different ‘the kitchen stove all stained and dropping the fridge with the drawers broken! The heater and central plus the air outlet of the couples room does not work! Then summer comes, the air doesnt work! You send e-mail complaining and they dont come to resolve
