Middlesex cooling has serviced my Heating and AC for the last ten years. The office staff and technicians are knowledgeable and friendly and returned calls in a timely manner. I recently had them install a new AC and Furnace. The installation went smoothly and they answered all my questions and concerns. I would highly reccomend them.

We had to get yearly maintenance on our furnace and decided to give these guys a try. I was able to get an appointment quickly which is always a bonus. He was very prompt to the appointment time and friendly. He addressed any questions that I had and even checked all the radiators in the house to ensure those were running smoothly as well. Overall they were great and will use again in the future!

Middlesex was very responsive and prompt to our needs. They presented us with options so we could evaluate before just proceeding. They communicated effevtively through the whole process. We will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

Replaced my central air conditioned on 4th Aug 2018. My Old AC Unit was 3 Tonnes and they down graded my unit to 2.5 without even letting me know about this downgrade. I came to know only when I checked the model number and it was 2.5 tonne. Once I started asking like installing with correct 3 tonne unit and resolve this issue, They started ignoring my calls and emails. I would have given them zero start if its possible...

They said they would have someone out to look at my furnace that wasnt working. I called when nobody arrived. They said nobody was coming. It is freezing. I dont have heat. I waited all day and they never gave any indication that someone wasnt coming same day.

Don’t return calls and many times didn’t show up

Called and scheduled a appointment. No one showed, I called 5 times no one awnsers. Took day off for nothing.

Very responsive, explained everything they were doing, and got our system up & running for us!
