Mobile pickup is smooth. Staff is friendly and prompt. I use this facility mostly - they are always helpful for me and the team. We use it at least once a month.

Ive been doing business with this place for quite a while no problems as long as you keep your bill paid.

The gentleman behind the counter has a very rude tone when talking to you / explaining the rules. Would not recommend to any friends moving.

Reserved truck never was there 5 hours later and send me a message to pick it up. Customer service sucks no type of explanation or discounts forgiven just no truck for you

This location is well organized and has a full supply of what one may require in order to complete whatsoever move they may require.

If you sit too long in the parking lot waiting for your family for 15min to put stuff in, a man that helps cleans comes out and becomes very rude.!

When Ms. Carter was away on a leave, honestly I lost from my storage unit stuff. I am also puzzled, because I also went to drop off stuff later and clean. I had an important telephone book, and it was never to be found when I moved all my stuff away.It is true that it is clean and well-lit. The staff changes some, and most of the people are really friendly.The first year I had my stuff there in 2017, I had trouble getting there for payments due to not having my debit card, so I was charged really heavy fees I have not seen in other storages to my knowledge.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST UHAUL IVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF GOING TO. THE OWNER IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MONEY HUNGRY. I WOULDNT SUGGEST ANYONE USE THIS Facility theres so many others that are much better to use. I try to support black business but this 1 here is Definitely Not it. Pathetic

This is where I dropped off the U-haul I had rented. Where as the place I started from was a nightmare, when I dropped off my truck the staff was nothing but professional. They were ready to check my truck in as soon as I got there. The staff was great (wish I remembered names) and I was done in 10 minutes total.

Love Mrs. Vernita she is awesome with Great staff and I never have problems when I go there.

A place you can get a truck to move your stuff especially when you are the type that move from one place to another. That place is Very good for you to get a truck to move your stuff for less amount.

Was approached by staff promply, however unfortunately, by contract, I was supposed to drop off the RV at the Markham location, so they sent me there instead and refused to accept it at their location. The Markham location had only 2 female employees who were busy, so I had to wait for almost 30 min to get serviced, and when I finally backed up my vehicle, one of the female employees told me they dont have the tools to disconnect the RV, but the Canterbury location does. Eventually, two of them were able to disconnect it without any tools. Too bad that the Canterbury location sent me there knowing that the girls would have to disconnect the RV without any tools. When I called the Canterbury location regarding this issue, they hung up on me.

This new phone picture taking and interactive phone or email thing takes way to long for the rental process.If your battery is dead youre taking a gamble renting from uhaul because you have to answer questions sent to your phone before you leave or else youre liable for damages.

Dont use storeage sell start fresh. Complete ripoff.
