Really a nice person to do business with. He takes an analytical approach to his job and ensures customer satisfaction. I hired him to cut a huge heavy section so that the tree crew could lift it into bins during the derecho tree cleanup. The previously hired tree service left the section too big and the county tree crew could not lift it on the first trip. Joyal came out and was able to section the 5ft plus in length with 4 ft plus diameter using additional cutting and hammering strategically placed wedges. He was respectful and appreciative of his customer.

This was overall an excellent experience! They emailed quickly upon my inquiry to let me know they were busy but would come out for a quote in the near future. Two days later, he called in the morning to come out for a quote, and because it was a smaller job, he was able to remove our maple that day! We didnt need them to remove the brush from our yard, but he did offer. When he was done getting the tree to the ground, he helped me cut the larger pieces into firewood size logs and move the brush to a centralized location so I could remove it myself. Very affordable, very quick, and very effective. I highly recommend Joe, especially being a local Marion company!

Five stars doesn’t even BEGIN to describe the kind of review they deserve. From this very bad storm this past weekend, a huge tree fell down on our power lines and we’ve been without power for almost two days. I called Joe on a Sunday and not only did he answer, he came over in TEN MINUTES to give us a quote!!! Then worked us in very quickly so that we could have the electric company come and hook up our lines. He was EXTREMELY nice, professional, quick, and the quality of service for the low quote he gave us was PHENOMENAL! My home was damaged in the derecho storm of 2020. Tree limbs on my roof, I started calling around for estimates for pressional removal. The first placeI called quoted me $3400........which I thought was insane. I called Joyals and they were happy to help for significantly less..... After the wind storm hit on August 10th, it was impossible to find local tree service. My front tree uprooted and fell blocking my driveway and car. I was also blocked by neighbor tree so it was difficult to even leave the house. Joe was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond to help me get out. He was professional and timely. He did an amazing job.

This is a few years ago already. Shame on us for not putting in a super positive review earlier. Mr. Joyal estimated our tree removal. He was here at agreed upon time to remove large Maple tree. He had one guy helping him. Mr. Joyal was very knowledgeable, informative, congenial and professional. Not a twig was left when they left. Unbelievably neat. We highly recommend them to everyone!

Their price is affordable. after they gave me the bid, they dont have any infomation over 3 months even i called them and left messages 2 times, so that made me think they dont want my business. Anyway they came back and cut down the trees.
