Thank you to Rons Towing! My weekend progressively got worse after a concert in Columbus starting with forgetting my wallet in Columbus an hour into the drive, followed by a blown tire on the side of the highway. The driver was wonderful to work with, and dropped me off right where I needed to be. And gave my friends and I a ride when I thought I would have to leave them on the side of the highway. You guys were the kindest part of my weekend. Thank you!

Im not sure if this is where I should post this review since the gentleman that helped me tonight came from Rons towing out of Edison but I think its the same company they just bought out norms towing but I give 100 stars to the guy that came and got me into my car tonight at Steves Dakota Grill!! My son left the lights on and killed my battery and until tonight I didnt know that the key fob wouldnt work if the car battery is dead and since my drivers side door wont open from the outside I couldnt get in my car. The guy was awesome took him minutes to get in and jump my battery and he also completely understood the door situation having had the same issue with his door handle on his focus!!! Thank you so much!

Phenomenal! Three hours from home, two hours from our destination and we stalled out 3 miles from the gas station exit. Insurance roadside assistance was ‘searching....’ and we were told when we started searching to expect to pay $65-$95 for rescue. Called Ron’s Towing and were provided fuel and kindness for a mere $45!! We went on to the station, filled up, and we’re on our way! Thank’s Ron’s Towing guy in an Ohio State sweatshirt-you didn’t even hold our Purdue plates against us!! 😄. Sincerely, the Campers

Brandon was great! I was traveling and about an hour from home, when I got a flat and didn’t have a spare to fix it. I called for the tow and he was able to pick my car up within minutes and tow it to a local tire shop. He was also extremely friendly which was a bonus! I’d recommended everyone in this unfortunate situation to call Ron’s and ask for Brandon!

Had deer do a lot of damage to my vehicle. This place is awesomeness. Did extra work also paid by myself. I would recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is number #1. Thank you D&F COLLISION!!.

Very happy with service I recieved from Rons Towing via my AAA membership. The driver was friendly and prompt in getting to me. I hopefully wont ever need a tow again (highly unlikely) but if I do I would 100% trust my vehicle with them. Keep up the great work.

DO NOT USE!!! Had no idea what in the world they were doing, drove through the grass of property owner on there way out, where vehicle was at. Didn’t do anything to Help.. My daughter in-law was stuck late at night, in the dark.. Very poor service!!!! I don’t even understand why they even bothered to come out.

The older guy was nice but the younger one was very rude and he ended up messing my sons car up more and costing them alot more money I will never use them again

Doug from Ron’s helped me.. I called and immediately not even 10 minutes later he was there and had my car hooked up! He did a really good job! He was very polite and very helpful.. if I ever needed help again I would most definitely be a returning customer of Ron’s! Great service and very fast! Not very helpful..I tried to be more informative for him and asked him to bring a roll back . He said he was not able to get my car out of area roll back was too big. he said he should have brought a regular wrecker. I asked him since he was local if he could go switch trucks ? His answers very quickly was no. And he then informed me he still had to use one of my Triple-A toes even though he was not taking the car. He kept apologizing and saying he wish there was something he could do. Was not helpful. Precision Auto was able to pull the car?

Awful service! Called for a tow and the guy who answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful and on top of it all hung up on me for asking what his rate was. Will never use this company.
