They were very courteous and helpful. Got my taxes done quickly and found me more refund than I expected. Very good service provider!

Been a customer for many years.Always receiving prompt and professional service. Available for questions answered throughout the yearand I always have access to all my previous years tax documents.However, I dont care for their association with MetaBank (company that processes refund advances for Jackson Hewitt), they dont provide anywhere near the same degree of service or professionalism and I think its a bad combination
