My husband and I are new to the Southern IL area and we were both calling around looking to start waste management services. We each called Parker Disposal twice, leaving a message, and NO ONE CALLED BACK!!

They have been very nice polite and reasonable. I’m happy I chose them for my sanitation family.

We have been with Parker Disposal for the past 5 years and have not had any problems. Recently the prices of trash service had increased again after two years. I voiced my concern with the price increase and was understanding of it. Instead of addressing our concern Parker Disposal responded with “Maybe we should part ways.” That is not how customer service should be ran. We said we understand. I was addressing a concern which a business should know how to address instead of replying with that sort of comment.

I switched to Parker after having a bad experience with another small trash company and have been nothing but pleased with the service and price over the last year. I use them at both my home and rental property and theyve always been reliable and easy to work with. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Called to get information about pricing and just got a grumpy male on the other end saying “hello” I had to verify that I called the right number since he didn’t act like it was a business line, he said yes and then hung up on me.....yeah real professional
