Services was terrible they stop picking up... charged me extra months.. lost my payment... I had to pay to track down my money order just to prove it went to their bank... to still not receive services or a refund... I recommend if you deal with them to keep your own document of conversation and payments.

Midwest Waste is the perfect name for them.. They waste everybodys time setting their trash out cause they always miss picking up half the block every week.. Calling the main office is a joke... They are the most RUDE people I have ever talked to.. Guess since they only pick up my trash half the time I will start paying them half of their bill.

Pick ups are frequently missed & resolution for missed pick ups generally require multiple calls to a call center in another state because the local office does not take phone calls. The call center has never corrected an issue with one phone call, the most recent missed pick up required three phone calls with extended hold times & there is still not a resolution.

Horrible! I have been treated like garbage for the last two weeks. They simply will not pick up my trash. Everyday they tell me it will be picked up. Every day they lied!
