I absolutely love my therapists here, they are super warm and welcoming. However the staff at the front desk are rude and short, and they never bill my insurance so Im getting $500 bills in the mail every other week for appointments that should be covered by my insurance. All my previous appointments have been covered by insurance up until about March. I dont have new insurance, nothing has changed. This is completely unacceptable and I will be taking my business else where.

I cant put into words how Covenant has saved my family in so many ways. The most amazing therapists work here. I have also seen a lot of therapy offices through my work in accreditation but none compare to the level of skill and professionalism shown here.

Ive been going here for years and I wouldnt have it any other way. Their therapists have helped me through so many issues, some I knew about, others I didnt. They had great insight that I didnt recognize until later sessions. I would recommended them to all my friends and family. Rates are reasonable.

Our family has seen three of the therapists here. All have been good for different reasons. Their new location is super convenient and nice. Many different therapists here so lots of choices depending on your needs

Thought I wouldnt go back due to once I left the first time, I all of a sudden get a bill for being late or canceled appointments but never a word of it once I was paying when I was going there. Then when I decided to go back I tried twice to make an appointment with Natasha and was last told youll get a call back today.Done trying Ill take my business elsewhere.
