Was hired through this coming and worked at a warehouse for 8 months. Was told assignment ended due to attendance. Which in turn was NOT true and they couldn’t even come up with any evidence of any points whatsoever. This caused me not to be able for Unemployment compensation. Be careful being at a job for 26 weeks. They will find a way and say it’s attendance so that you cannot claim UC. I don’t recommend them whatsoever 😡😡

Never had any problems with staff at Premier. I keep seeing posts about a public restroom. Get over it - many places do not have a public restroom and in fact I dont blame them as who wants to clean up after others! Staff is knowledgeable and very professional and always able to help. I recommend Premier over the others in the area any day!

For two years I worked with Premiers staffing agent, and I dont know what I would have done without her! No matter what our demand for coverage, whether it be for a new line, new product, etc. she would always seek out /and deliver the team members that were needed. A lot of the time it was a last minute request on our part, but she would still produce the desired help that was needed, with a smile. Out of all of the temp options that I could have worked with, it was Premier and their Staffing Agent who made it happen and always came through for us. She is greatly appreciated.

My impression when I walked into the semi condemned building was creepy to say the least. There is only one staffing agent that handles everything. No bathroom is available in this small office. Not enough room to house potential future employees. The staffing agent was very uncouth and unprofessional. Business attire with the staffing agent consist of a sweat shirt hoodie and leggings. She was scary to look at given the fact she wore more than the average amount of eye liner. She was rude, hypocritical, sarcastic, belittling and insulting. She will not let you get a word in edge wise. She went on and on about how she has a business degree with a minor in accounting. How she wears named brand clothes and have named brand devices to help her assist future aspects with getting staffed. She used a lot of profanity to explain job positions and was very threatening. I also believe she may also be deprived of true professionalism. After she went on about her luxury life in Marion, she insisted on discussing my background for 30 minutes. When clearly I have been placed without any issues in reference to my background. She then placed me with another company to only call me the next day to say that the company isnt currently hiring. She also showed unprofessional values by discriminating against another local staffing agencies. If you are looking for a professional environment and experience with Premier Staffing in Marion Indiana, I wouldnt suggest it.Dont take my word for itIn my Lavar Burton voice LolGET IT TOGETHER
