I found it so cool that it was mainly run by women. They were super nice.

The whole entire story is too long to write. Just take note of this. You wont have to call on Tuesdays or Thursdays for them to find you work. I was placed on two assignments without having to call. But when I filled for unemployment because Heather and Summer decided they didnt want to work with me anymore, and I was having a hard time finding work myself. They denied my claim Because I didnt call on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So make sure you call Even though I know from experience you dont have to they will find you work. But they wont give you unemployment without calling. After being unemployed for almost 2 months and with ZERO help from anyone at hire level I found a full time job. Im in jeopardy of having my water turned off and getting evicted. But hirelevel didnt have to pay me unemployment. Good Job!! IM sure your supervisor is very happy with you.

We are neighbors with this company in Edwardville. I own Traveling Tails Inn Doggy Daycare and we rent storage space from Hire Level. Also, being neighbors has been awesome. If there is anything that we need its just a few steps or a phone call away. Friendly, caring people own, manage and work here. Hire Level has been processing our payroll for years and I couldnt be more pleased. The payroll is processed from the Marion office and I personally work with Stephanie Hudson. Friendly, efficient, patient:) and just makes owning a small business so much easier. I understand Hire Level has many locations and I would suggest finding one and using them for one of their many services.

My background is in retail management, so my knowledge of payroll processing was sub par. I received comprehensive training with senior processors and within 60 days had my own payroll clients. During my initial interview I mentioned that I wanted to learn all facets of the business. Recently I got my chance when I transferred into Staffing Development. Ive given this place a couple of chances but both have been huge wastes of time.The first time, I filled out a large amount of on boarding paperwork in addition to my resume, a lengthy application that basically regurgitated my resume, and, if I remember correctly, possibly testing. They called me in for an interview, which was really a casual discussion about what I was seeking in a job. I was over dressed and it seemed like the others who came in were looking for blue collar jobs. Despite being explicit in my salary/wage requirements, the only few jobs they offered me were below what I required. I checked in twice a week as required throughout my time being unemployed and had no luck with them. I eventually found a job, and felt like going to Hire Level only wasted my time.A year later I decided to give them another try and applied for an internal position I was excited about. I do the on boarding paperwork again, some more testing, and sent them my updated resume. I get called on a Monday to schedule an interview. Considering I was still employed, I was hesitant when they asked me to come in Tuesday morning, so it was agreed I would come in Wednesday morning. I take a early break from my current job for this interview only to be told upon arrival that the internal position I came to interview for was offered to someone the day prior.Hire Level legitimately offered a job to someone before they had conducted all the interviews they had scheduled for said job. Then, they didnt think to call and let me know. I went ahead and interviewed for any other positions they had available (which they had none that would fit what I wanted) since I was already there, but I felt angry and disrespected that I had spent the time and energy to come prepared to interview.Im not impressed with this agency and dont recommend them unless you enjoy killing time with no results.

My experiences were with an office in Columbia, Missouri however, it seems that these negative reviews are company wide.My first check from them bounced and I had to bother them several times for them to reimburse me a bounced check fee. They assured me that I cashed the check too early, although it was an entire week after I received the check that I attempted to deposit it. (So the funds should have been there. It was not my fault.) Finally, they admitted it was their fault and two checks later they reimbursed the measly $7. Since then, it has been nothing but issues getting the check from them. When I go to pick it up, they either havent gotten it (from their main office) or havent printed it and dont have it ready. One of the ladies in the office, Hannah, is absolutely unprofessional and EXTREMELY RUDE!! I have had nothing but issue after issue dealing with this company and I do NOT recommend that anyone go through them. There are several other job placement business in, USE THEM!!

Absolutely not worth it, I was fired from aisin when I had a doctors note and extra help said I would not be in trouble at all, had another job landscaping, the boss hit my car backing up when I was nowhere near my PARKED, LOCKED, car, then was fired. I told extra help what happened they said it was my fault and did absolutely nothing to help me get a job or reimbursement for my totaled car. 4 times my checks were late, 2 times my checks had the wrong pay, I was missing 214.72cents from one paycheck. Dont waste your time

I went there to try and get help to find a job. Went there had a interview with lady told what I was interested in. And that has been several months ago and in the meantime I have only heard from her once since I applied to get help.

I went in for a drug test and not only was the person at the front desk rude, I find it disgusting that they only offer hand sanitizer and not an option to wash your hands (in a separate bathroom) afterwards. Also, it would appear they dont flush the toilet very often because it was full of toilet paper- those taking the tests are not allowed to flush it so that falls on the employees. Thank God I never have to go back there.

They started mailing out checks now if you dont have direct deposit. Cant pick them up at the office anymore. Its been almost a week since they mailed them out and still no check. This is ridiculous and so stupid. How much of an inconvenience for them is it to hand them out at the office? Horrible customer service.

I have spoken with numerous staff members at HireLevel and not only are they very professional but also friendly and helpful. HireLevel is also big advocates in supporting the community and charities. I would highly recommend them!

Always friendly when I call in - some of their employees should be screened a bit better before being placed, but overall I am satisfied with this company. Ashley is the best.

I cannot post 0 stars on here. Beware of this company of you are hoping to get a permanent position with the company you are temping for. Their absence policy doesnt allow this. You are only allowed 2 points before you are terminated. 1 point for calling in...doesnt matter how sick you are. My wife busted her rear for them for several months, and loved the job..truly wanted hired on. Showed up several times when she was too sick to be there. Last couple weeks, she had an infected finger that had to be lanced (from pinching it in her machine), and had to go home. Lost half a point... Became extremely sick..but had to show up or be fired... All she was trying to do, was make it this last week before the holidays..then she could rest. Her final day, she was crying at her machine from an inner ear infection...she had to keep leaving her machine to throw up...but she was kept there working. Sunday night i took her to St Joes e.r and she was dead within a few hours. So, yeah...they will literally work you to death. -Tony Bittle

Front desk was extremely rude and they refused to interview without 2 forms of ID. I had to have the person who drove me turn around 2 times because they wouldn’t even let me sit in the lobby because they were on lunch. Extremely unprofessional.

Put you in positions that underpay for your experience. Refuse to send my W-2 on time and tells me they dont have the time to go pull it. Poor experience, care little about anything other than making their money off of you.

Basically useless, cant find people jobs most of the time. Offten will be mistriously busy or on lunch or schedule them during lunch and forget they had appointments. People tend to be inconsiderate. Just dont bother, its not worth the effort.

Staff was very unhelpfull. I already had a job but I had to go get hired through them . they forgot multiple times to send my check and had to drive to their establishment to get it. I also had to go to old addresses to pick up my check when I already told them a week in advance what my new address was and that I already have an official change of address through ups and all that. Received no apologies but rude customer service instead

Issues from mailing of my check, rude service, false hope offered from them, poor health insurance that is offered through them called Key Solutions (but costs astonishingly high), and even failure to recognize 1 day jobs by the hours put in.
