I took my truck through the car wash a couple months ago. this car wash left scratches all around the sides of my truck, some even went down to the metal/ primer as well as you can see where the brushes ate into the plastic on my mirror and taillight. i contacted them and they eventually stopped responding before the problem was resolved. horrible service as well as customer service!! edit: the damage was consistent on both sides of the vehicle, it looks like a stripe of scratches in the same spot on both sides of the vehicle.i have pictures of the vehicle before the car wash where you can tell there is no damage. the company tried to use a top view of the vehicle (where you couldn’t see anything) to say they are not liable. on top of everything, the car wash didn’t clean half of my truck. i have used their service many times before and had no problems with this car wash, but after this experience i highly recommend other people to stay away! terrible company.

I feel like it could have done a better job at washing my truck considering it wasnt to dirty.

Awesome car wash. Very clean. Got my car extremely clean. No water spots whatsoever. Im super pleased. I would recommend this car wash over any car wash around.

Great clean place. Equipment always working never light on soap like some car washes get. Could use more vacuums away from the intersection I feel like everyone is watching me while at the red light.

Did a wonderful job washing my car....went through on the $10 car wash, the basic...you dont get a dry for that, but it shined pretty and no spots!...even from air-drying! I will use this wash again, for sure.

I love the Automatic Touchless Express Car Wash because it is the only place is towne that uses very very Hot Water to wash and rinse Your vehicle.Another thing I love is the powerful dryer, You will leave with a Spotless, Shiny Car again!

Scratched my windows. Would not recommend.*Edit*I am 100% positive I went through your wash as i live 2 streets away by Smith clinic. I went through the soft touch wash on the far right side. The brushes do indeed 100% make contact with the vehicle multiple times in the 16$ wash. The only main area of concern to me is the back window of my ford expedition. Multiple scratches as soon as I got back to dry my truck off.
