I love top dog car Wash! The lines go quick, the attendants are friendly and do a thorough job of pre-washing. I like it when they have pink and blue soap. It makes the ride through the wash fun. Always sparkling when I come out (not me but the car!) 🤓

5 months Ive been trying to cancel my membership... We move away and cant use the quite frankly poor services it was to begin with....Will not return my calls... Will not cancel the membership even though Ive left the info on voicemail so they could cancel... Had to change my card info and they somehow are STILL charging me.. Im at $125 now theyve charged me for absolutely nothing because they will not return calls.... Absolutely unprofessional service when we would go. And apparently the unprofessionalism runs up the management chain... Do not waist your time here.

You know for the longest time I was giving this place the benefit of the doubt but now its just poor service more than likely wont return!! Get your stuff repaired cant wait for the one by Meijer open up!

Pulled up too the second air machine didnt work so the I go inside couldnt find but one girl in the the whole place and she was washing working inside an knew nothing about outside. Then I was shown a trick to make em work. FREE for life !!!!!! (; Not impressed really.

I have went to top dog car Wash two times this week and one time last week and all three times I paid for the $15 car wash which is supposed to get the rust off your rims Tell me why all the rest is still on my rims after three car washes within only 9 days I went three times and theres just as much rust as it was before I even went the first time. $45.00 wasted my car got clean but not clean enough for $45

A crack appeared in my husbands windshield after he had gone through the car wash. He immediately went in and pointed it out and the employee on duty directed him to cooperate to report it. After hearing nothing for a week, he went back and the same employee lied and said that they had checked the security footage and had decided that the crack was in the windshield before he came through the wash.

Had issues with machines taking coins, but staff was very helpful.

Ive been going here for a few years, and Ive had the monthly package for at least 6 months now. I was always very happy with the service and quality, even recommended them to people, but in the last couple months the quality has gone way down ab the employees have seemed miserable. Today my car made it halfway past the rinse before the water even came on. I will give them a chance to improve things, otherwise Ill have to give Steves a try.

I have the Top Dog monthly plan, which is nice. However the automatic tire shine only works about half off the time. The male manager always seems grumpy and irritated by your presence.

Women manager said my truck will be fine well guess what my window is broken my paint on my car is gone my other car got all scratched up. Poor service then I told her about it she said so there is nothing we can do about it we have to deal with it. Im Suing them. I decided to look threw the reviews and funny thing is the owner only responds to the one review about money, yet when you say something about the poor service or the under carriage wash not working and being charged for it and how the attendants did little or nothing to your car he does not respond. Now why is that. Yet you would think he would say I will get that fixed or look into it and see what I can do instead he responds to basically I want my money. What a joke. Without the customers you would not have the money. I would make sure my customers are happy, so i can make the moneyWent there about a week ago. Got the $15 wash. Felt ripped off. They spent more time pre cleaning the car before us and like just a minute on mine. Plus I thought I was going to be getting the under carriage done and didnt get it. O doubt I will be going back there again

Other than the manager who seems to have a chip on his shoulder since I started going there a couple years ago its a decent place to go. A my opinion the manager needs to take a dang chill pill for sure or just needs a good butt whooping possibly. I might be wrong but I doubt it. He hasnt said one word to me 3 years except for death glares. He just hates being there and that makes for poor management the only for the staff but for the customers as well. Not saying anything yall dont know LOL!

Had to ask them to rewash as the back of vehicle was still dirty. Asked them to make sure they scrubbed it first. Second wash and back was still dirty. I gave up and will wash it myself so I know it is clean.

Mt car did not get rinsed off well after it had been washed. There was a lot of soap still on the back of my car that I had to wash off myself. The car wash i received did not meet the amount in which it cost.

Never had any problems here. Good car wash. Buy multiple washes at once to get free ones.

VERY UNHAPPY! Ive been going to Top Dog Car Wash for 6 years (monthly package) last week i went through the car wash and one of their machines cracked my windshield and they said they will not pay for it. its a 2018 F-250.. I would steer clear of this car wash.

Tonight for the second time we received a poor car wash. My wife washed the car at Top Dog and then picked me up from work. I noticed that the car was not clean and there was a film on all of the windows. We went back and showed them at the car wash (person in charge) did not seem interested but told me that he could not do anything because my wife left the premises. He charged me a second time (now a $30 car wash) and it still was not clean. I left due to the fact that the individual I was dealing with was not competent to make a sound business decision.

MIND U I HAVE COAL BLACK 22 INCH RIMS ON MY CAR, AND SO I TURN MY CAR AROUND TO GO BACK TO THE CARWASH TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED, WIT CAR AND I GET OUT AND CHECK, AND I SEE SILVER ON ALL 4 OF MY RIMS IN THE SAME SPOT WHERE THEY CLAMP THE WHEEL. SO BRAND NEW RIMS SCRAPPED SILVER AND THE MANAGER HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT WOULDNT HAVE HAPPENED AT THE CARWASH. WE WILL SEE ABOUT THAT. JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED AND RECOMMEND EVERYBODY TO STAY AWAY IF WANT YOUR CAR TO LOOK THE SAME. AND NOT END UP HAVING A FLAT AND TOWING YOUR CAR.
