Seems like the minutes sure run fast, also very little soap came out the sprayer then the foam wax had more air then wax coming from it. This is the second time Ive tried this place and same issues. Would definitely be a good place to start a business. Stingy ownership to say the least.

Decent manual car wash. After a disappointing car wash elsewhere, this one had good pressure and finished the job

Stopped for a quick car wash (automatic) the one was shut down, used the other. Car didnt even get clean, actually it got dirt flung up on it. It doesnt even have dryers. Waste of 7 dollars! on top of that I got a nail in my tie. Will not ever be going back to this hell hole.

Lousy!! This last year it has gone downhill big time. 5 bays and only 2 were working. I chose the spray yourself bay and couldnt get the rinse to work. Left with soap on my car. While I waited cant tell you how many cars turned around and left.

I’ve tried calling and no answer. No email and no way to get in touch with someone. The change machine only drops back a quarter and then blinks red saying out of service but then after a few minutes goes right back to normal. The vacuum turned on but has very weak suction. This is extremely disappointing and even more so that you can’t actually get in touch with anyone

The owner needs to maintain the place better. The drain pits in each car wash bay spell like sewage. After leaving the inside of your car spells terrible. Also many times the change machines dont work. Dont know why I keep going back,

Purchased the $10 touchless wash and it sprayed water on my grill then asked me to exit wash. Never completed the wash cycle.

Dont go here! And if you do, do NOT use a card. Only quarters. They are robbing us. Everytime I run my card they take $10 out. It didnt read my card the 1st time so I ran it again to start my car wash. Later on I was looking at my bank statement and it showed they took $10 out twice.

Last stop there the soap cycle was just water. The spot free rinse left white spots all over my car. A couple of months ago after entering my card the time started but the wand was dead. Nothing was dispensed in any cycles. Other visits everything was fine. Ive heard the property was sold and the wash will be torn down.

The no-touch automatic is the best in Cedar Rapids. My favorite feature is the combination final rinse/dryer. The car is truly clean and dry when you pull out of the stall.

Only 1 big time actually works. The quarter machine has only have me 3 quarters back for my $1 bill 3xs now. Make sure you have change.

Under body wash did not work. The hot wax and spot free rinse did not work. Equipment not kept in working order. Had to take the car into the self wash bay to finish the job and get the salt and ice off the bottom.

I went into 2 of the self car wash ports and none of them were working so I had to go and wait for someone who had just got there to get my car wash even though there was 2 open ones

The drive thru wash does a good job.

Charged me $10 for 5 minutes of wash time. Didnt show the time. I think it charged me every time I reinserted the card. It kept saying the card was not accepted. Id rate 0 stars if it allowed. ☹

My favorite place to go if I want to wash my own truck.

Dont waste your money here, Wand pressure is very weak and foam coming from the brush mostly just air, beeper doesnt work. Been here several times and it always has issues with something. (Make sure you check the brush to see if it is clean and working before you put much money in it).As soon as the new MISTER Car Wash by the fire station opens up I will never come back here.

Would not recommend using this place. Machines don’t work half the time and there is no staff to refund you your money. Instead they make you wait for your money to reach you in the mail most likely check form in which then you got a paid cash. It doesn’t make Sense to pay for a service that you cannot receive but then be told you have to wait for your money back. If I cannot receive the service the same day I paid for it then give me my money back the same day

Cheapest prices and ok water pressure! The armor all despenser doesnt work and has are mine and numorious other peoples quarters and it hasnt worked in 6 months! They owe me $3 bucks.!

I am super frustrated i have been to this carwash once before and i hated it. So i decided to try one more time the car wash works pretty good kinda if you like your car wet after you pay for the platinum the wash bay on the end dident dry or dosent have a dryer. Idk i hate that i spent $15.00 last time i vacuumed out my car i have to get everything all the little crumbles and ashes. Thats why i come to a car wash and do it myself. The vaccume worked for literally 1 min. I barley got passenger side done and that was it😕. It cost $1.00 it should work better and longer. Dont vaccume your car here. WASTE of 💰 money. If you do make sure the vaccume even works before you pull all your mates out and get ready. Mine dident i had to switch.😡

The automatic wash has a problem when you drive in ... doesnt tell you when to stop.. you have to back up to get it to register...after trying on 3 different occasions its something the owner needs to address.

I went there yesterday, since this place takes both card and coins, I was happy cause I didnt have enough coins. I used my credit card (btw they do not warn you if you do not stop service and keep on charging you), the machine said my card has been charged $3.40. But the next day, I check my bank statement and they charged me $10. No body picked up the phone when I called their phone number listed on the web! So I will have to wait and dispute the charge through my bank. Not professional service in this case at all.

Perfect. I have been to many other car washs and they charge you at least 5 dollars more for the same service. Do your self a favor- go get your car washed better for less.

Pricey & bays were dirty

Terrible car wash. None of the settings in the bay worked besides pre soak and even then it just cut in and out. Foam didnt work either. Another time I tried the touch less wash and it left a ton of spots all over my car. Overall just a terrible place that obviously isnt looked after too hard.

I used the self service side, i also used a debit card. I used the wash for 7 minutes and they put a hold on my account for 40 dollars. The meater told me it would be 8 dollars. Complete rip off!!!
