We had our windows tinted on our business truck. We had to take it back twice to be tinted due to poor workmanship. The first time was horrible quality: the tint was not cut to the top of the window, wasn’t straight with a chunk missing and they broke our door. The owner said we wouldn’t see it with the windows up. The second time, the tint began to peel from the top of both windows - had to take it in again for warranty work. When taking it back, they questioned whether we had it done there. Well, we have receipts showing we did. Two days of lost profits due to being in their shop. Never going back and driving back to our old window tint guy in Columbus.Stay clear of Ziebart in Marion, Ohio

Outstanding company.I had them do their undercoating and rust proofing application and window tint on my newer pickup truck. They had everything done in a reasonable amount of time and did a good job communicating with me. I bought my vehicle there about a year ago. I took it in the other day to have, what we thought was a wheel bearing problem, fixed. They called me and told that the wheel bearings are fine. The noise was coming from the tires. They told me, I cant see taking your money when there is nothing wrong with your car other than tires. I WILL BE GOING BACK!

We have used this company in the past for repairs, details and paint/body work. We recently purchased a used SUV and we wanted it detailed so I made an appointment with these guys to get it done. $175+ tax for interior+exterior detail seemed a fair price. I also wanted some paint+trim work quoted while they had the vehicle. We had to drop the vehicle the night before since pthey needed all day to complete the task.After driving the 20+ miles from our house to pick up the SUV, we quickly noticed that the job wasnt complete. Dirty cup holders and center console, stains on the interior walls/trim, wet(shampooed) floor mat placed on the leather rear seat(?), dirt/scum down in the floor holes where the seats lock in, no black shine on the tires...this is a full detail? $175+tax?? What else didnt they clean that I have yet to notice? This is not a detail...not in my book. The owner tells me to leave the vehicle one more day so they can complete the service after I come back in and complain about the incomplete work.Not to mention that the body/paint quote I asked for wasnt completed. I had to walk the owner through the car to get a ballpark estimate off the top of his head.To me, this is a waste of my time and gas to have to make an additional 20+ mile trip AND leave my wife with no car for an additional day all because the job wasnt done right the first time plus Im not feeling very valued as a customer as a result. I hope they get this right by the time I come in to pick it up today. Very frustrating!I will update this post after I see the (final)finished product.

Ive had the Undercoating done on my older vehicle which my dad took over and KEEPS getting it done each year. I also just had the Scratch and Scuff Removal with the Diamond Gloss done along with a detailed interior cleaning. This was on my 09 Elantra and I can tell you, it looks absolutely beautiful! If you love taking care of your vehicles then THIS IS THE PLACE! They treat your vehicle like they would be the ones having to drive it afterwards and they are beyond friendly.

If i could give these guys more stars and a better review, i certainly would. After calling and talking with them, it sounded like it was going to be an hr maybe an hr and a half wait but when we got there they told us we would have to drop it off for them to do it then for it to sit in the warm garage for 4hrs. So the guys at Ziebart recommended an enterprise car and even tho my wife and i both have a debit card, and she used enterprise a couple times before in the past, since we didnt have a major CREDIT card, not debit card, what did the guys do? This is where they went up above and light years beyond to make sure my wife and i had wheels to get out of there and back the next day with. These guys at Ziebart are the definition of what a courteous, professional, great from the ground up company should be. My wife Susan and I just wanted to give an extra thanks to you all at Ziebart again for getting our back windshield on our kia soul back up and on and even cleaning the glass out of our car.
