I was impressed with the quality of the work itself, and the effort put in by the employees doing the work.However, that said, I couldnt be more disappointed with the owner, and the text messages he sent to me. I have NEVER had anyone talk/communicate with me in this manner. I will NEVER have anything to do with the owner in the future.

We have gotten all of vehicles done with them and I am very happy with the results. This is a solid small business that prides itself with quality work done in a timely manner. They care about results, and you can tell they worked hard when you pick up your vehicle. We will continue to use Ballinger Detailing on our vehicles as long as they have openings for us.For people that have never had their vehicle detailed before, you have to be realistic. You should make an appointment, keep your appointment, pay a fair price for the work completed, and control your own expectations. As with any small business you should respectful of the time they take out of their day to put you on their schedule, so make an appointment and honor it, if you dont honor your appointment, then you are taking money from them they cant get back. Also, when you get your vehicle detailed, you are asking someone else to provide a service for you, so expect to pay a fair amount. Dont be a cheapskate and expect the world. Geez. Finally, control your own expectations. If you drive a piece of junk, that you trash on a regular basis, they cant clean it to the point where you will have new vehicle when you pick it up. Be realistic. If you take care of your vehicle, they can tell, and they will go an extra step to make it nicer.Overall, if you want a quality detail job on your vehicle, then use this business. I highly recommend it. 👍

Beware going to this place! I have my car almost completely detailed before I went here and I did a better job then they did. My floor is sticky and his response to fixing it is priceless! He was doing me a favor, and that I would never be happy. All asked was for him to make it right.He also tried to tell me it cost 110 as you will see in the photos I posted and his fb page says 110 for both interior and exterior. $75 for interior which is all he did.Filing complaint with attorneys generals office
