Vehicle automatically towed to their place after a wreck that was at 630pm. I picked up car next day at 130pm. They charged me 2 days of storage. The place was closed the first day so it would have been impossible for me to pick it up. Gouging! I will never use their service again. I was worried about my family member who was injured in the accident. Next time, while worrying I will also remember to tell cops that any service but Tondinis will do fine to tow my car. Ive had a car towed to a yard before and less than 24 hours there was 1 days storage. So if you want to make a recommendation for any place other than Tondinis, Im all ears.

By far the worst customer service I have ever in my life witnessed. This towing company needs prayer. They towed my car and wouldnt allow me to get my house keys, and bank card out of my car. So here I am 24yr old female, stranded with no money, and no way to get inside my house. It was 11pm and 45 degrees outside. My home is no where near walking distance. Not to mention I couldnt get a taxi if I wanted to, due to the fact they had my bank card and refused to give it to me. The guy who towed my car was extremely rude. Once I called to speak with someone, I got another rude employee; could have been the same guy. However, they need new customer service friendly people working for their company, or this business will never thrive. This has been one of the worst nights of my life. I pray my car never gets towed by this company ever again.

My daughter called roadside and was sent Tondini and her brand new less than 1000 miles was scraped across the blacktop in front of 3 witnesses and still refuses to pay for it. The owner wont even talk to me. Would never use them. They are not honest and do not stand behind their work. They dont care about their customers. They just say talk to our attorney.Ida Evans

They automatically call Tondini tow service the Marion city police do not even ask if you have an alternative or different tow company.

Theyre very pleasant, will meet you even on a Sunday to get your car out, but rather expensive.
