Mr. TireTo have a tire mysteriously fail (“bead separation”) when far from home on a weekend with your car packed with camping gear is very disconcerting. The suspicion that the other tires (also low mileage, same brand, same lot) could come apart ruins your peace-of-mind. Then, add in that other tire replacement places had technicians but no tires my size, or tires but no technicians, or were eager to close for the day threatened to make me wait until Monday. Then I met Gary Azaroff at Mr.Tire who had 4 tires of the right size and willing technicians and added me in at the end of the day. Accolades, Gary and Thank You!

I got an oil change here that I paid $90 for and the last day or so my oil pressure light started coming on..Come to find out they did not put enough oil in my car because it wont even show on the dip stick and I park in a garage and it is not leaking what so over, I also have a newer vehicle so idk what happened but I would not trust these people to be competent enough to change my oil again!

Michael went above and beyond to help me with my car repairs and even did a little extra to seal a crack on the bumper of my car where I hit a raccoon while driving through Cardington. Chris was able to squeeze me in last week when my brakes were making a squeaky noise even though he only had one mechanic working with him and his garages were full. Overall we were satisfied with the service at Mr. Tire. We appreciated the assistance we received from Gary as we needed tires for our daughter s car who is a college student in Marion. The only thing we were surprised about is that we were told that they did a 28 point inspection on our daughters car but as we were leaving the parking lot we noticed that one of her brake lights was out. I guess someone forgot to check that or maybe brake lights were not a part of the inspection. We would definitely still recommend Mr. Tire even though this happened.

About five years ago I came to Mr. tire and did not have a good experience. I decided i’d give them another shot, I called like an hour before closing on a Friday, and they got me in to replace a bad tire immediately and even told me to drive safe on my way there! They had it done and under 40 minutes. It could’ve even been under 30 minutes. Everyone was polite and friendly. May consider going back when the other three need replaced

When showing up for my appointment the technician Conrad was very personable, quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Ive gone there for years. Went in to have an alignment done. They called me and said I need outer tie rods (which is fine Ill do that myself). Well, I go to pick up my car just to find coolant ALL over the engine bay and covering the windshield. I called to ask why there was coolant everywhere and he tried to tell me that it was oil with brake cleaner on it. Either way, whatever it was NEITHER of those two should have ever been near my car. I took my classic Cadillac in for an alignment and tires. NTB gave me a long list of things they said were bad and the alignment couldnt be done. I took it to Gary at Mr tire and the specialist that worked on it found nothing wrong with the suspension and the alignment was done perfectly. Tires too. Take your car to Mr tire for all your needs. Needed rotors and break pads for my car. The employees there quoted me a great price. They were fast and efficient. We will be going back there for our car needs.

BUYER BEWARE: My sister took her vehicle here to have brakes done and tires rotated, charge was over $800. After the work was completed one of her TPMS sensors indicated low tire pressure, she put air in the tire but the indicator light never went off. I helped her discover that the TPMS sensors were never properly reset after they rotated the tires and she was unintentionally putting air in the wrong tire. I called and spoke with Gary who got defensive and made the excuse that they must have got busy and forgot. Thats fine, but over inflating a tire is extremely dangerous and could have easily exploded while inflating or driving. Seems like a better verification process is needed to ensure the sensors are matched up to the proper tire. When she took her vehicle back to the location the sensor was conveniently not responding now and she was advised that she would now need a new TPMS sensor. This was directly after I verified all tire sensors were responding, they were just not matched up to the appropriate tire. Since this location was obviously not willing to make things right and putting the blame on a now suddenly faulty sensor I reached out to the corporate office for resolution. This experience was equally frustrating as the customer service representative, Brittany Smith, offered no resolution or options. After she checked with the Marion store she called and indicated that the store said they did nothing wrong so we were free to take the vehicle somewhere else for a second opinion. Rest assured we will be taking all of our vehicles elsewhere and telling everyone we know to do the same by avoiding Mr. Tire. All we were asking was to rectify the issue by getting the vehicle back to the same condition it was in prior to the service that was completed (having 4 working and properly synced TPMS sensors). The unwillingness to resolve an $80 sensor fix has cost you customers for life! Please do not offer or request that I contact you as we are beyond that point now.

I came in needing two front tires. I went way to long in replacing them. Every other place in Delaware and marion turned me away due to them being busy. The man at the counter was very empathetic to my situation and squeezed me in. They did an amazing job from here on out I will gladly make the trip over to get my car service needs done.

Thank God for Mr tire. We got a flat on the to see our daughter at college. I out a dummy tire and stopped at two different tire places that would not help. One said they had no people and the other said they didnt have any in stock. Then I stopped here fifteen minutes before they closed and they stayed open late to help me out and get a new tire on.

I purchased my car second hand. It had locking lug nuts and no key. I had a tire blow out on me last night so I had it towed to the shop. I was told it should be an hour job, max. Well after returning an hour later I came back to find that they had not touched the car yet because they could not get the lug nut off. They were waiting on the tool truck to show up to get the special tool. I was then asked to PURCHASE the tool my self. After waiting nearly two hours to have one tire replaced I personally tracked down a tool truck that went to a near by dealership and paid $85 for this tool that they needed.What tire shop does not have the tools required to do the job? This one.Mr. personality at the front desk was a ton of help as well. Wait, no he wasnt.Long story short, If you bring your car here for repairs bring a tool box, they obviously dont keep any tools around.Edit: I also want to let you guys and gals know to check your lug nuts. Remember how I said bring your own tools, these guys also do not know how to properly torque a lug nut on a car. I almost lost my tire last night on 71 thanks to the lug nuts coming loose

Came in with my 1989 Toyota Camry after having multiple refuse to work on it due to its age Gary got me in right away and the two young gentlemen got everything I needed done to it right away and will be visiting again! They were all very nice and seemed happy to work on my car as the age did not seem to have effect and had everything in stock!

I had a tire with a slow leak somewhere on it. I called and ask if I can get it look at and have them patch the hole in the tire. Very simple request. But the guy on the phone kept asking me what my tire size was. I Didnt ask for a new tire. Poor customer service.

Was driving by pulled in to see if they can get me in for an oil change no problem Id recommend them

I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change 4 days in advance. I never heard anything back from them, but I still went deciding that I would wait in the instance that my appointment request didnt go through. I showed up at 6, and I believe there were only 2 employees working. They were working on a truck and made eye contact with me multiple times. Nobody was at the desk to greet me and nobody came to talk to me in the 25 minutes I waited. I could understand if they were busy or it was late, but someone could have taken the 10 seconds to tell me so. Ive been to Mr. Tire various times in Columbus and figured Id try the one in my home town, but it was severely disappointing. I will not be returning.

Had my breaks & rotors on all 4 tires replaced along with the back caliber at the first of May. Next day my back left tire locked up, the emergency brake fell off and locked my tire up. Wouldnt you think since you had your brakes looked at, that would include the er brake??? now they are trying to tell me I have to pay to get it fixed when they boke it off!!!!! I have written the BBB about this, call the Mr. Tire cus ser now 5 times and not one call back as promised. All I get is it is in upper managements hands. I will never go back to this place. They need to own up to their mistake and fix my car!!!! I was told my one cus ser rep, there was a claims dept that would adjust this off and I shouldnt have to pay for it. This is a recorded line, so they need to listen to that call!

Even though they told me that t would be all da [i expected 3 to 4hours] it took nearly 8 hours to g t be said done. The guy working with n my car would work on it for about 10 minutes and leave it alone for like 20 minutes. He would work on my car and working the lobby at the same time instead of delegating the work to someone else.

I had a great experience with mr tire today! I needed an oil change on my Jeep Wrangler. Cole and Cory got me in right away they made of list of what I needed right away and what I didn’t along with what was a safety issue, between coles generals expertise and Corys knowledge of Jeep I felt they were more confident in diagnosing and fixing my vehicle than the dealer ship.

Had to get a new tire and they were very respectful, also got the job done quick. Great experience for the first time going there.

Can I give them a negative 2? Staff is always rude when I come in. I always have them check my brakes with my oil change, for the last several times Ive asked to double check them because my brakes were squeaking. They told me each time it wasnt anything brakes were fine. This time my brakes were completely sanded down and grounded down my rotors. I come in regularly. They tell me I need 330$ of work done. When I tell them I wanted to price check the guy was instantly defensive and told me why check hes the cheapest. Then tried to tell me I wasnt safe to drive my car (which is not true) and they could get me safe in just an hour. Called around, not only was the dealerships just as expensive but I found 3 autoshops cheaper. Please dont go here if you want treated with respect.

Mr Tire was recomended by another happy customer. Gary has allways been honest and straight forward. I have considerable experience working on cars, and when Gary or one of hid mecanics explains the problem to me I know they are being honest. I would recomend Mr. Tire in Marion, Ohio to anyone. Women should not be afraid of going to them, they will not take advantage of you.

I went to a Mr.tire in Columbus while I was out to look at tires and decided to get them done at my local mr tire upon calling the loca Marion mr tire I was quoted an extra 100 dollars I said no problem. Then found out they replaced a battery I didn’t need replaced when looking upon the inspection and said it was the cause of my problems. When brought to an independent repair shop the problem was bare wires that could of caused a fire! I will never go back again Gary told me all my problems will be solved and has not gotten back to me on it will never be there again and will be telling everyone I know to stay away

The staff is clueless and rude. I waited for just an oil change and the car that was dropped off got more attention then mine did. After 45 mins I asked how long an my response from him was Im the asst manager and I need to take these calls. These two have no clue. I came back here because the last time I was here the gentleman was fantastic 20 mins and done and so polite wish he was still here. I wont be back.

This was my 2nd time here. Irate customer at the desk the first time, and now irate employee at the counter the 2nd time. Employee goes on to let everyone know including his manager that this company over charges and rips off not only customers but their own employees. Employees are only as good as their managers, this manager demonstrates very little professionalism and clearly his people skills are lacking. However, I will say the gent that changed my oil was very nice and had great communication. Maybe this guy should be running the shop.I recommend this shop if your in a pinch and only need an oil change. Man who does not run business well, will not run it long
