In a real bind after picking up an RV close by Doyles. Check oil light was blinking red and we were heading back on an 8 hour drive through VA to SC. Doyles stopped everything to help us out. Could not have been nicer or more professional. As the RV was an older European made vehicle, Mr Doyle had to do some research before they could work on the vehicle. Ultimately it turned out to be a sensor issue and the vehicle was fixed within 24 hours (waiting on the part). Thankfully while checking the oil situation, the mechanics discovered the bolts on the axle were loose or off and alerted us to that situation. While they couldn’t fix it, we will be forever grateful that they discovered that before I drove 8 hours with that situation. They kept the vehicle while another shop came to collect it. No stress. Very, very professional and very fair pricing. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Very knowledgeable and fair in their prices.I spoke with the owner on the phone and I felt he was a straight shooter and was not trying to inflat the prices and over charge. The work, 4 new tires w/ balance was done quickly and well. One of the best experiences Ive ever had with a auto repair shop in my life I went in to have breaks done on my 2003 infinity G35 and they not only saved me a ton of money but took me out to lunch with his staff very friendly ppl and 100% honesty with a 12 month or 12000 mile guarantee they have a life time customer in me thats for sure

10/10 would recommend! I am a grease monkey myself but I took apart something and couldnt get it back together right so I took my vehicle into Doyles. They got it back together in one day and were very reasonable with the pricing. And on top of that all of the employees were very nice. Couldnt ask for any better.

Bill was wonderful! It was close to closing time on a beautiful Friday! I walked out of work and a light on my dashboard came on! I didnt know what its meaning was so I ran over to Doyles Auto Repair. Bill the owner explained what the light was for (low tire pressure). Bill checked the pressure in each tire and all 4 had the correct amount of air. I just had new tires put on a few weeks back so sensor might have not been working correctly. He didnt charge me saying he doesnt charge for air! For the time I arrived, the time he took to check each tire, explained everything to me, was kind and didnt charge me! I will be back for my next car issue and oil change!!

I had brake pads & rotors installed on my 2002 Chevy Malibu @ Doyles and they did a great job!I bought the pads & rotors and they installed them quickly and at a reasonable price.I highly recommend them!Even if you dont live in Marion, OH. It might be worth the trip. Youll save $$$ over dealer repair shops.

Great service at a realistic price. We were travelling through during summer vacation when our Expedition broke down. We left it with Angie and team, they had it ready to collect on our return leg!

Business has Integrity!!....... I had a large expensive repair scheduled (valve job) and when I went to pick it up it was under $50. When I asked why it was so cheap they said they found something minor was causing the smoking. Anyone else would have probably just told me they did it and charged the full amount!!

I wish I could give em 10 stars! First off Angi at front desk is a sweetheart. Ive only been there twice, but I noticed how clean the shop is, everyone has worked there for decades and that speaks highly of the shop. The owner is a gem. I noticed also that they have a great relationship with there customers lots of em on first name basis. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did and they are fair on price. I am moving to Galion but you can bet this is my shop. Thanks Doyle Family for being honest, friendly and doing quality work. Its so relieving to know I have a shop I feel I can trust!!!!!

I was recommended Doyles so I decided to give them a try. The owner is very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience. I was given a preliminary estimate when I called over the phone. Then I brought the vehicle in and was given a little bit higher estimate before okaying the work. This was fine and was to be expected, after all that is what an estimate is. When I went to pick up the vehicle there was an issue that caused the final price to be $250 more than the estimate. This was 33% higher than the estimate I okayed. The change was because the supplier sent them the wrong part and so they had to buy a different part that was double the cost. I had to bite the bullet because their supplier messed up. Worst of all, they didn’t even call me to okay the new price or let me know ahead of time. I showed up and was surprised with the new price. They were very non apologetic about it as well, basically saying “well that’s just the way it is sometimes.” On the bright side, they did a very good job and the car is running great. I would recommend getting your estimate in writing and getting an agreement to be informed before any changes are made.

Best mechanic in Marion, will own up if they make a mistake or if they get the diagnosis incorrect, also way cheaper than places like NTB or Monro and just as professional and courteous. I trust them and will be going there for all my car needs.

My only choice for auto repairs, honest reliable repairs that last. They stand behind all the work that they do which is rare nowdays. Just like any honest reliable repair shop, they are busy so you may have a short wait to get work done depending on what you are having done.

Wow, its refreshing to find an auto repair place that is cheap, honest and treats customers right!! I recently took our Honda Element to Honda dealer for brakes and they wanted $415 for front and $415 for back brakes. I took my Element to Doyles and they did the back for $174 and front for the same price!! I also had some problems with rear differential and they fixed that for under $100.The techs took the time to explain the problems to me and also offered to drive me to my workplace and pick me up!! I couldnt be happier with this repair facility. They also gave me a quote for tires which blew away any of the other tire shops in town. I highly recommend them. I work at Ohio State Marion Campus and many of the faculty and staff take their cars to Doyles.
