So I called about 10 minutes ago, and asked if they do walk ins because they usually do. And they told me they are booked for today but I’m sitting right outside in applebeas there is more than one employee and there is only one person in there. How do you expect to make money if you refuse to work :) you lost a customer. Btw the last time I got my nails done here my nail broke off halfway :) and you guys were extremely cruel to my cuticles. Have a nice day though!

This company has been in business for a long time. I remember getting my nails done here for school dances. This is the only place my Grama goes to get her nails done because the staff is very good to her, especially since she cant see or hear very well. ❤️ Thank you cool nails

If I can leave zero Stars I would, I made an appointment I was there I sat down and I waited. I then waited some more and some more, I ended up waiting almost an hour and still did not get to have my appointment. Would not recommend to anyone ever!

The young lady who did my fill did a great job. She thinned them too so they look like natural longer nails. Make an appointment though. The place can be very busy.

When making an appointment request DK, Johnny, or Derick. The other women who works there does a horrible job, always rushed and sloppy. Plus she isnt very nice in my experience. The other three do an amazing job and are super friendly!

The man i had i’ve had twice before and this happens every time. he was prepping my nails for the acrylic and he made the sides of two of my fingers bleed.
