Shawney is the best DISH Tech. He provided the best customer service!

We just got off the phone with Dawn in Colorado. She was by far the nicest person we have ever had the pleasure of talking to with Dish. Dish always has provided great customer service but she took it over the top. We were worried about some billing issues but she cleared them up and got us a channel lineup that better fits our needs. She saved us money. I would recommend anyone who appreciates good customer service to this company. Their customer service and personal touch supercede any minor issues if any that we have ever had.

Never will deal with this 1980s technology again, and over $130 a month...Done with it! Get a roku, and good internet and be done with satelite period!
