After moving to GA and trying to “cut the cord” and stream everything, antennas, T-Mobile TV, and Xfinity, I am so glad to be with Dish Network. I saw that there was an authorized retailer nearby, so I decided to call Vital Link Satellite. I cannot possibly convey how impressed I am! I called after business hours on a Saturday, thinking I would leave a voicemail and have someone call me on Monday. Instead, the owner answered my call! I talked with him for a few minutes and decided that I would go with Dish Network and have them install it. I was thinking it would be a few days to a week before I could get an appointment. Nope! He offered me a couple of different times on that following Monday, again, to my surprise. I always try to use small businesses instead of big corporations. I am so glad I did. From the moment the owner arrived, it could not have been any more professional, efficient, and friendly. I can’t remember the owners name. But, he told me that I can contact them instead of calling Dish directly as he can assist me with just about anything needed. He even was able to offer me any of the promotions that Dish Network is offering. Again, so impressed. If you are considering a TV service, do yourself a favor and call Vital Link. You won’t regret it!

We would like to thank Courtney for all he did for us. He went above and beyond to help and to update our system. We had a lot of extra work for him and he was so nice and worked diligently to please. We cant say enough nice things about him. We are very pleased with our system. Words cannot express how pleased I was when I signed up for Dish. The local representative named Courtney Domville was very professional, courteous, and was a great teacher with lots of patience, especially since I had to completely learn a new system. Outstanding service, I called around 5pm they were there at 6pm. We lost satellite service on Sunday morning, I call dish and was told they could get someone out there Friday. Yes, Friday I asked how many technicians do you have working? I got no response. So Tuesday I decided to call a repair technician close by. AND BOOM! Cortney from Vital link answered, he repaired a corroded connector. These guys are awesome!

Very unprofessional unfortualy somone came out to take out my dish which i did not have service with and they took the dish and said they were not doing anything else. If that was the case I would not had used them to do that service and I would had done it myself.

I had an awesome experience with this company. Both outside antennas are now connected to each room with clear reception, and the installer hid the wires from public view.

I am usually skeptical when I see so many 5 stars ona site, but i have to tell you, Courtney lived up to the accolades. If they had more, I would say he’s a 10. He changed my opinion of Dish and the Satellite service industry. He went way beyond the call of duty. He’s knowledgeable and honest! Highly recommend him. I am having to remodel a hotel in Cedar Bluff, Alabama we do not have cable in the area so I contacted Dish and was referred to Vital Link for pricing and equipment. I have had the pleasure to deal with Courtney who is extremely professional, knowledgeable and very customer service focused. I recently changed from Directv to Dish with Vitallink Satellite. I was more than satisfied withDish. I did more than Directv with clearer picture and more options. Courtney came out for the installation and as happy as I am with Dish, Courtney exceeded all my expectations for the installation. He has a friendly professional manner and great work ethic and skill set. The installation required moving the dish and running new cables, which Courtney did a superior job and cleaned up everything before he left. He also spent time insuring all TV’s were working and gave instructions on how to use the features. I highly recommend Vitallink Satellite and Courtney Domville.

I have found Mr. Domville to be a throw back of when customer service was expected. Not only is he very very knowledgeable in his field but he has the ability of making you feel fixing any problem you have is a high priority. I highly recommend him for your cable and tv needs. Were I not retired I would certainly want him on my staff.

Vital Link has been so great to us at HFF. When I came to HFF they were paying a ridiculous amount of money for Dish Network on a few of our TVs and and the ability for our front TV to scroll through some of our closed deals that no one ever looked at. Vital Link came in and set us up to have Dish Network on every TV and cut our monthly bill in half. Then in 2018 we asked Vital Link to help us when we did a full buildout and move into a new high rise office in Buckhead. (15,000 sq. ft). Courtney with Vital Link walked us through every step we would need to take and completed all the work we needed done in conjunction with our construction schedule. His work was seamless. Courtney is extremely professional, respectful and a delight to work with. Even when Dish Network changed their accounting system and we had an issue with billing, Vital Link stepped in for us and helped us resolve our issue.We HIGHLY recommend Vital Link!!!
