Our family had a hard time finding something that would be accommodating for us and once we had settled on something, Antionette Barnes initially found our forever home. Since she was the seller, Tajah had to be our realtor for the buy. She communicated with us and was very responsive as well as attentive to all of our needs and concerns. She never seemed frustrated or annoyed by us despite the many challenges we faced in the months to close, she remained professional and positive even when we had our doubts. Working with Tajah was a great experience! I called her with a very tight deadline (2 weeks) to find a home, and she assured me should would get it done! After going through 3 other realtors (who were all great however timing did not allow us to find a home with them) I was a little hesitant of her claim, but she did it!! Not only did she send us housing options every day, BUT she made the time to ensure that we got to see the houses in person that same day. Regardless of what she had planned, she would stop what she was doing to get us into a house so that we wouldnt miss out. Because of that dedication we were able to find our first home. As exciting as that was, I was even more impressed when it came to her negotiation skills. She ensured that the seller kept their end of the bargain and when they didnt, she went beyond measure to get things taken care of. Even after moving into our home, Tajah would check-in to make sure everything was going well and was a great resource of information for other needs, such as contractors, electricians, etc. Working with Tajah, you can trust you are in great hands!
