It’ll be 4 years this December 2020 and I can’t find words except for Blessing for Colleen. Buying a home for the first time is scary especially when you already have kids like my husband and I but Colleen smoothed all that away. Even when our first contract fell through because the owner wouldn’t budge right after she found something bigger and better and she was on it right away. I love my neighborhood and I know if we have to transition to another house she is my realtor to call. Colleen’s characteristics are rare, the no pressure she gives and listening to what her customer wants is priceless.

Colleen was great to work with when purchasing my home and even offering advice and help afterwards. She gives you the space and time to make your decision and does not pressure you. She negotiated my home purchase for multiple rounds while I was out of country on vacation and I returned with a accepted offer!She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate market, home buying/ selling, remodeling, home taxes, markets, etc..She’s very well connected in the industry as well which helps.
