Selling by owner definitely isnt for everyone, but if you think/know its for you, then Simply List is an automatic answer to who you need to call next. Celine is extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I admit, I was a bit skeptical going into this after finding them online without knowing anyone personally who had experience with them, so I went with the For Help option, and closed on my condo within 6 weeks. Id recommend them to friends/family and would 100% use them again when we sell our next home.
