I’d recommend Patriot Home anytime if you want an easy and quick turnaround when selling your home. My sister recently was moving states and changing jobs and as you can imagine quite a hectic time so working with the right people was key. They made sure to keep tabs on her and arranged all viewings around her schedule conveniently. I didn’t think she’d be able to sleep before her impromptu move but Patriot got it done without one complain from my sister and in in record time. I was happy with the experience. These guys worked with me on my timeline and I didn’t feel like they lowballed my offer. At closing they paid cash and paid off my mortgage and gave me the rest of the money. My house had a lot of issues and the realtors that came by to see it told me I had to spend money to get a decent price. Not this guy. The Patriot team came in and made me a good offer. Now I’m off to the next chapter of my life.

*** AFTER MY POST.... i was contacted by Craig....I assume a manager. He did apologize that they dropped the ball and I did recieve my Earnest.***I will not recommend this company. May 27 signed to sell my home with this company 30 days. Was contacted 1 time after this date they wanted to do a walk through. The Monday of the last to to close and still be in contract, we made contact with them at that point Friday was the best day for us to close a d still be in contract, was told should be do able. Thinking this would be a traditional closing at an office. Mid week asked if we had a time this would take place.... was told it would be a virtual closing, new to us how thatis all done. Thursday asked what time Friday so I could plan my work day... No reply... Friday at work I am texted that we will be unable to close that day Title is not ready he would let me know a time frame. Monday (out of contract now) Text to find out if we have a time frame no response Texted Tuesday waited 30 minutes for a reply.... then called the attorney that was given to us as the closing attorney and should have the earnest money. Was informed they cant do closings for the state my home is in...have yet to hear back from them or to see my earnest money!!!!!!!!

My brother and I decided to sell the home that I grew up in to Patriot Home Buyers GA because in the intervening years since our parents passed, the house had fallen into disrepair. Kris and the folks at Patriot did an amazing renovation. They were professional, respectful, responsive, and honest with our family. I highly recommend them.

I have spent over a month of my time working with this group. They approached me on buying some properties I owned and I told them the exact issues they would have. They still said they could do it and signed a contract. They did not end up buying it due to issues on their side and will not provide the escrow. In the end the escrow will not change my life one way or the other but with a name like Patriot you would think they would keep their commitments better. There are numerous other resources for these transaction and I would recommend using another group so your time is not wasted as they did mine.

After multiple calls and postcards from a number of companies that claimed they would give me a fair offer for a rental I needed to unload, I finally received an offer that that worked for me. Patriot was friendly and helped me complete the deal on my terms while I had to help my longtime tenant find another option.

I had a number of rentals that had not been well maintained and I just didnt want to deal with them anymore. Patriot gave me a fair offer and took them as-is and I didnt have to complete any of the much needed work.
