Tashaun Gray is a top tier realtor. She is very knowledgeable and well versed in her field. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and as a client I benefited the most. She was very responsive and attentive to me and at one point I questioned if she had other clients lol. Every time we met for showings she consistently showed up early and prepared.

Tashaun was absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with and I would recommend her to anyone. As first time home buyers, there was so much about the process that was new to us and Tashaun took the time to answer all of our questions no matter the time of day or email/text/phone call. She always made herself available to us--even when she sprained her ankle! We ended up seeing 23 homes with her in person and for each one she had all the necessary information ready. Whenever a home wasnt right, she made sure to note down exactly why so we could learn from each one and eventually, we found our forever home! Our home wasnt even on our list to tour and the morning of she recommend it to us to see--we will be forever grateful for that recommendation! Because it is a sellers market, you need someone with experience who can move quickly if need be, and thats Tashaun. She was also a pro at the negotiation process and knew exactly how much to/to not push for, and she was so helpful in our inspection process too because she could tell us based on her experience what was/wasnt normal. Tashaun was awesome! She was fast for being in contact with us, our sellers agent, and all 3rd parties involved. She did a great job at researching and suggesting great ideas for our purchase.She really was someone who stood in our corner the entire way of our home purchase. Tashaun made our home buying process seamless. This is our first home so naturally it brought some anxiety, but Tashaun was so knowledgeable that our concerns were answered in no time getting rid of any stress that we might have had. She had solutions for everything that came up, whether it was a suggestion for a lender, or home inspectors, to contractors to complete future project, she was prepared. She also was savvy when it came to knowing the value of homes and doing comparisons in the area and had a variety of approaches when it came to negotiating prices.
