They get the job done nothing else to say really besides a couple times they didnt have fluids and didnt let me know and just said they filled it instead of putting an i.o.u or something to get me back. I also had one time where they recommended I get something done but the next oil place I went to had said it didnt even need it, which bumped off a good bit of my trust for it, which sucks because I thoroughly enjoy how close it is to home and how quick they get it done. Its hard now a days to find reliable trustworthy mechanics unless you actually know someone or have a friends friend hook you up.

When I lived in the area, I always went here and always the best service. Since moving to Minnesota 3 years ago, we always get an oil change when we visit 2 times a year in Georgia when we visit and still the best service around. Highly recommend if you need something same day or friendly service. No matter who is working, it’s the best service.

I like going to this little place for one its not so busy that I have to wait an hour to be waited on and they simply get the job done without a hassle. Excellent zippy service! They were out of the specific oil filter for my vehicle but one of the servicemen ran over and grabbed one down at the auto parts place down the street. Didnt even add any time to it! You can sign up for emails to get $10 off or seasonal promotions. They topped off my liquids which was great since I was out of windshield wiper fluid. Very quick, respectful and gentlemanly service with nice big TV there to watch for entertainment. I was there a total of about 20 minutes even with the filter run. Free wifi! They even give you a nice sticker on your drivers side front inside window to help remind you for your next appointment.

Amazing staff here at Canton Rd Location. They were Fast and very thorough to check through everything and let you know if theres something thats needs your attention and offer options of what needs done in your next visit. They also check in with you before extra charges added.

Such a great experience, quick and friendly service! I loved that 2 mechanics were able to tag team my vehicle and get me in an out. They up sold the correct things they could foresee me needing and seamlessly took care of the upgrades!

Was advised by an auto parts store to go to Castrol to replace a headlight bulb. Was expecting to pay a substantial amount because the other guy said it was too difficult to access the bulb. Castrol was fast and VERY reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

The men at this location are 100% the nicest and most professional guys ive ever met. They did an oil change on saturday for me. So when i had another issue i called them and they told me come straight in. They didnt have to help me like they did. One gentleman held my 2yr old grandsons hand while the other showed me something that they saw was wrong with my car that we didnt know. They went above and beyond for me and i will always go to this place for anything that i have a question for. I recommend the canton road location. I felt like they honestly cared! Taylor and Rasheed are the absolute best! My oil change was so quick. They didnt try to charge me for nonsense, and Rasheed even stopped me on my way out to tell me my brake light was out and then fixed it for me! Freaking great service! I doubted coming back because of a bad experience with an employee, who I guess is not here any longer, but Im so happy I gave them another chance because everyone here now is fabulous!

$15 emissions testing: fast & professional. Employees wore masks during test and environment promoted appropriate safe distancing practices. I recommend this location especially as a number of other emissions testing sites on Canton street are either more expensive or don’t wear face masks.

Dropped into this location for a quick oil change. I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of Assistant Manager, Walter. He answered several of my questions with patience and knowledge. I ended up needing more work done on my car than just an oil change. Walter ordered the part and had it changed out in under an hour. My car no longer screams when I crank it and they didnt break the bank. I highly recommend this location for your automotive needs.

I brought my brand new vehicle in for the very first oil change. After waiting about 20 minutes (even though there was only one other vehicle there) they came to get me saying theres nothing to freak out about, but we need to show you something. They had spilled oil while filling it and there would be burning smells for a while, while it burned off. I wasnt thrilled that my new vehicle had oil spilled under the hood.The guy blamed it on Honda as the reason it happened because Honda put the oil fill cap at an angle. He said you really need a funnel that is flexible. He continued on saying it happens regularly. At this point I am thinking to myself arent you in the oil change business and if thats what you need to do the job right, shouldnt you have one yourself at a business that specializes in oil changes? and Ive never had this happen anywhere else before in the 40 years Ive been driving.The plastic console area under the hood had oily smudges and fingerprints on it, so I asked if they were going to wipe that down. They said yes, but I suspect it would have been left that way if I had not pointed it out.They did do right and not charge me, so they at least did that as a positive customer service oriented gesture.After they finished and drove the vehicle out of the bay for me to pick up, I noticed oil smudges from hands were the door on the inside, so I asked them to clean that off.When I was about a mile away, I noticed that the center screen which I had deliberately left displayed the oil life view was showing that they had not reset the oil life. I had to look up how to reset it in the owners manual since they did not reset it (which every other oil change place always does when you get them to change your oil).The worst part is I didnt have the best experience here before and was giving them another chance. I definitely wont be returning since they clearly dont pay attention to details or what they are doing.[Edit after owners comment: Paul, feel free to call me. You have my number in your database.]

Quick service. They changed oil quickly. However, they forgot to reset the sensors in the dash and that had to be corrected so the speedometer could be viewed.

I go out of my way to come to this location because each time that Ive been here no matter who is on duty or how busy the store is...they always treat me like Im the queen of England. They dont try to sell me unnecessarily services or treat me different because I am a woman....dont hesistate to come to this location....you will see why this is the best!!

I had actually given a great review a few months back because of managements help but after my last experience I will never return to this place again & the funny part is I wasnt even going to leave a review after my horrible experience this last time due to I believe in Karma. But once my light in my car came on saying maintenance required I called Kaufman tire who I always use & once I said what light was on & they said that just means you need an oil change & I was like i literally just got my oil changed supposedly (but only came here because its closer to my home and Kaufman was so busy that day.) So the main thing was they lost screws then acted like I was lying until they found at least one of the screws then the guy that was supposed to be in charge that day stated they would order the screws but after that I didnt even want to come have any one there touch my car again at all then it became known that they clearly didnt even change my oil but they charged me for an oil change. BUT AS I SAID I TRULY BELIEVE IN KARMA. (Really deserves no stars but had to put at least a single star to leave this. If you do use this place make sure & watch what they are doing to your vehicle.

My son took my truck by to get an oil change, as I always use Castrol for the oil changes on my truck, though not this location. They quoted my son $90 for an oil change. Apparently they werent expecting a teenager to have enough common sense to know that is absolutely ridiculous. Really guys, $90 for an oil change?

*update*Now that its time for a new oil change we have found that they stripped the oil drain plug from last time, took it back there and they dont have the tools to fix it. Told my husband that we need to find another shop that does. Now they are costing me more money because Im going to have to pay another shop to fix their mistake and they havent even offered to make it right. This place just keeps getting worse and worse. Dont take your car here unless you feel like shelling out more money at another shop for a real mechanic to fix their mistakes.This place is a joke. I had been getting my oil changed here for years and it cost me $23 every time. Today they told us that the oil change would be $40 dollars because our car takes a special oil filter. I work for a parts store and the oil filter for my car is actually one of the cheapest filters we sell. Also they tried to say that my car takes a special synthetic high mileage oil which is also Inaccurate. Called the man at the store and he didnt seem to care. Feel very taken advantage of and we will not be back.

I was told that my truck required synthetic oil or else the oil change wouldnt be warranted. The tech have me a story about a lady who had a turbo car and she had issues after her oil change and he wasnt responsible if my truck blew up. I told him that if they didnt want to change the oil, tell me so I can go elsewhere. While in the bay, there were no fender or seat covers used on my vehicle and it was left outside with the key in the ignition while ruining. To add insult to injury, my hood flew up while driving to work this morning. Avoid this location if youre a person of color and dont like being treated in a condescending manner.

Ive gotten my oil changed here several times over the past few years and most recently a tune up and I can say Im satisfied with their service. Larry and the crew at this location have always been reasonable, honest and efficient with me and Ill continue to get auto service here. I would recommend this location to others.

They broke the water pump on my car after doing a radiator flush!! I went in for advice and did what they told and want to take no responsibility for fixing my car!! If they thought for any reason they could do f damaged my car, they should of told me!! My mechanic said no car with high mileage should of had a pressured radiator flush and they should of known that! I am dey disappointed as it is an average of $900 fix! Avoid this place!!

This past weekend went to just simply get my oil changed and ended up getting my breaks done also causing them to do a tire rotation at the same time, which caused me to notice my car making a horrible noise that it wasnt making before, so long store short if it wasnt for the help of Austin I wouldnt have known my tires were bad not just bad but horrible all 4 tires needed to be changed. When i 1st pulled in I didnt feel welcomed at all. i was asked what i needed and i told them. i got out of my car didnt know where to go to wait or anything. i went for a regular oil change. when i leave my car is still making the same noise it would make if my power steering was gone. well that was right they never added power steering fluid. . also the things on their check list says OK, completed, or checked. well a lot of those things werent done on my vehicle. please dont go here

Nice but the emission machine didnt work

Went for oil change but noticed mechanic in and out my coolant over flow tank. He then tells me I need a coolant flush and shows me some dirty water he pulled from tank. Coolant was fine prior to oil change as I checked fluids before i arrived so I declined (very suspicious). A day later car starts to over heat I pop the hood and and noticed he never closed the overflow tank and radiator cap was barely screwed on. Im not sure he tried to sabotage or pure incompentence either way I would never recommend this shop.

After learning that having my oil changed here was going to lead to major oil leak problem along with engine problems to my Lexus and a owner whom will not call me back to address the issue. My advise is to not use this or any other Castrol Premium Lube Express. Looks like a law suit is in their future! BEWARE STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Fast and courteous. Thats it. They know nothing about basic maintenance. Told me my coolant was low and needed $5 to top it up. With the guy standing there who told me this, I witnessed it was full. Told me my tag lights were out and offered replacement for 8 bucks each. Turns out they didnt check my tailights and all were out. I had a circuit problem. Fixed it myself. Oil change ok. Dont touch the rest of the services. Bad training is my observation

Took 1h for emission test (2 cars ahead of me). Technician couldnt put the car into ignition mode (without starting the car) and failed the test without asking anything. The test had to be repeated to pass. Not going back ever.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! The oil filter fell off, oil drained and engine was damaged. They refuse to fix it. This is not the first time they have damaged a customers car.

Absolute worst worst station in the world will never be back and wont let friends and family go back either my battery died in there bay they told me they had battery available ended up telling me they didnt have one and then I ended up walking to a different shop buying a battery when I came back to install it and they refused to let me use a screwdriver or help me take a bolt off I had to walk through a field to a local good year to get some tools to fix it and on top of it all didnt have a batter box or charger very worthless business Im very disappointed n feel disrespected by this company horrible horrible service
