This was my first time using Chem-Dry Atlanta (Marietta Location) but it wont be my last. Ask for Kevin if youre looking for a personable, quality guy to take care of you carpet. It was obvious to me that he loves his job, you might catch him hummin a tune while cleaning your carpet. My carpet also dried twice as fast as the competitor I used in the past. 5 stars !!!

Chem-Dry Atlanta (Marietta Location) did a great job. There was a small hiccup in the beginning but they corrected it immediately without pause. My carpets, area rugs, sectional, and dinning room chairs look awesome! Our tech, Kevin was courteous, professional, and put safety first wearing his mask during the entire job. If you listen closely youll catch Kevin singing as he does his job signaling that he enjoys his work. I would recommend Chem-dry Atlanta to anyone who wants a pleasant experience. Especially, to my military families in the area because they do honor our military service by offering a military discount. Be prepared to present a valid military ID upon completion of your service. I look forward to working with Kevin again to complete the rest of the house.

I live on a second floor and I used Chem- Dry and they did a great job on my carpet. I was extremely happy with the service so the next time I called them again. The tech guy told me they didnt do any areas not on the first floor. I explained I had used them before but it didnt seem to matter. Fortunately, I was able to find another company who came out and did a terrific job.

I have had several companies clean my carpet, area rugs and furniture over the years, but Solybeth is so helpful and responsive making scheduling easy and Ricky is friendly and professional. Even while working from home, he is in and out leaving everything undisturbed. This team makes having your carpet cleaned easy! No excuses to delay

I dont leave reviews often but feel that others could benefit from my experience. I am only stating exactly what happened and sharing photos of the work and others can make their own judgement.I originally reached out to Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning to clean my sectional sofa. The technician came by, inspected my couch and told me he could not perform the work because it is a cotton blend material and water would ruin the fabric. He recommended I reach out to ChemDry. I reached out to ChemDry, explaining my experience with Citrus Fresh and verified that they have the tools to clean this type of material with no water and I was informed by the Office Manager, Solybeth, that they could.The technician arrived early and was very friendly. I explained to him why the other company wouldnt attempt our couch and he assured me it would be fine, but we might not get the stains out. I told him that was fine as long as his methods dont ruin my couch. I left him to his business and when he was done, he said it would look a lot better when its dry.Its been a couple of weeks and my couch cushions are ruined. He used water which he should not have used. The original stains are hardly visible, but the cushion color completely changed from cream to black/green. I have included photos. The small cushions dried to normal color and you can see the large cushions did not.I will say, someone from Chem-Dry tried to call me once after I emailed them. I returned the call, but did not receive any calls back. As I mentioned to them in my email, Im not sharing this information looking for a refund. The damage is done and the $200 is nothing compared to the cost of replacing my couch. I simply want to share with them so they can learn from it and share with others who may be looking for upholstery services so they can make their own conclusions.

My husband and I have lived in a house that has incredibly old and worn down carpet, and finally decided to try Chem-Dry after being disappointed by other carpet cleaning companies. My parents are big fans and customers so we made our initial appointment after their encouragement.Ricky was our Chem-Dry technician and he. was. amazing. He was courteous, attentive to all the problem areas I showed him during the walkthrough, and he took the time to clean every room thoroughly. He even managed to get a stubborn spot of wax out of the carpet that had been bothering me for over a year. He spent longer cleaning the carpets than any other carpet company had before. Most of the other places finished the whole house in an hour and he was here for almost three!After he left and the carpet dried, we were so excited to see just how much a difference the cleaning had made. No, it is not magically like it was brand new, the heavy traffic areas are still thinner and darker just as he said they would be. But the overall tone and staining, the pet smell from the previous owners dog (or cat?) is finally gone and the whole house looks younger and cleaner. It feels softer and fluffier, and I do not want to tear it out every time I look at it now!We are SO happy. I never write reviews but I just had to thank Ricky for his outstanding service. I think the best part was how non-judgmental he was. It is so hard having someone come into your home and see something dirty and smelly, even if the rest of the house is clean, and he was so lovely and humorous about it. He made me feel so much better about having to need a professional come into the home and I am very grateful for that. We appreciate Chem-Dry and him very much, and we will continue to use them and ask for Ricky specifically! I recommend you do the same.

Wow! Where do I start? Michael is an absolutely incredible employee. The Chem-Dry team is lucky to have him. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions, professional and very friendly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and after using him/Chem-Dry once, I was so impressed that I decided to call them back a few months later and have Michael visit my home again. Excellent first time experience! Bryan called when he was about 15 minutes away, which was greatly appreciated. Once he arrived, he did a quick walk through with me to confirm which areas needed cleaning and where there was any necessary spot care or needed protectant. This is not my first time using Chem-dry and they only get better and better. My technician was polite and knowledgeable. Ive had many other companies to clean my carpets before but once I found Chem-dry I decided not to go anywhere else. The owners are engaged and thankful for the opportunity to gain our business. I was scheduled right before Covid-19 hit Georgia and then had to be rescheduled. I couldnt wait to receive the cleaning. Im glad theyre back on track and I hope they are in business a long time so I can benefit from such a great team.

Ive been a customer of Chem-Dry Atlanta for a while now. They never disappoint. The technicians Ive had are always professional, polite, knowledgeable, and are genuinely excited about what they do. I had my carpets cleaned yesterday and the technician, Michael, did an excellent job! There were a couple of problem areas on my carpet from general wear-and-tear and urine stain/odor left by my small dog. After Michael finished with the cleaning, urine treatment and protection application, my carpet looks practically new and the big thing - no urine odor! Thanks Chem-Dry Atlanta! I requested a quote for a sofa that needed to be cleaned. First, the gentleman was going to enter my residence with a mask. I advised him that I need his face to be covered due to a compromise immune system. Then he advised me that the stain could not be removed. I asked if he would give me a statement for the claims dept stating this. He said that he would care of me and took off. I waited and then I called him to ask what happen. I told him what I needed he became irritated and hung up on me. I would never use this company based on the my experience today.

The Chem-Dry Technician, Michael, arrived on time and immediately assessed my furniture and thoroughly explained what was needed to clean my coffee stained sofa Bernhardt sofa. Michael communicated with me every step of the way and included me in the process so I knew and understood what he was doing and why instead of just him just the cleaning my furniture without explaining anything to me. Michael cleaned my sofa, two living room chairs and one dining room chair. I appreciated Michael’s professionalism and communication skill and will definitely call Chem-Dry and Michael again. Michael and Kyle arrived on time, and worked diligently. First they found pet urine spots with black light, then treated ithem with pet urine removal treatment which I had requested prior. Rugs were then thoroughly cleaned, with care taken to place plastic protectors under wood furniture legs. Professional and very pleasant young men. I am very pleased.

My previous experience with Chem-Dry Atlanta was excellent. This time it was a bit of a rush job as they cleaned the carpets in both my rental property and home. In the past they would vacuum and rake the carpet before the cleaning. I also explained to Chem-Dry that the carpet in my home is 18 years old and would need a thorough cleaning. Well the carpet in my home was not vacuumed with there very powerful vacuum cleaner nor was it raked. The carpet looks great but the bigger concern is what we cant seen with 18 years of dust and pollen. If that had performed the service that they had performed in the past I would credit them with 5 stars. I hope this help

I have used Chem-Dry Atlanta for many years and have never been disappointed! Everyone is professional and friendly. Bonus is that the carpets are dry within an hour or two so that you can use the rooms again. I would not use anyone else for my carpet care! They also have a wonderful foam spray in a can they sell to get accidents up right away before your next carpet cleaning. It really gets spills/stains out to maintain freshness of your carpet. Bryan is remarkable. He has cleaned my carpet several times with impeccable results. My husbands shoes seem to carry a permanent black residue that insults my carpet and a good cleaning is imperative. Not only does Bryan clean but he deodorizes the carpet which leaves the entire house smelling fresh for weeks. Two thumbs all the way up for Bryan.

Revision to my original post: I spoke to Robin, the owner, and she was so sweet and handled my complaint like a true professional. After our conversation, I’m convinced that my experience was not the norm and she was extremely apologetic. I’m happy with the outcome and feel certain that the issues that we had will be addressed and corrected.In the past, I’ve used another Chem-Dry franchise, but decided to give the Chem-Dry Atlanta a shot since our last technician moved on. I was totally disappointed with my experience from starlet to finish. First, it was raining that day. The technician tracked dirty, wet shoes throughout my house including rugs that I didn’t have cleaned so when he left, I had to spot treat my entry rug and mop floors. Next, the technician had awful body order and the machine was kicking back exhaust in the house so we had to open all of the doors to air it out. It was a cold and rainy day so that was not ideal. He was not careful with the hose on the corners of my woodwork so he tore up the corner of one door jams and then chipped the paint on my newly painted kitchen island in several areas. Lastly, the carpets didn’t even smell clean which in the past, they would have a nice orange scent. I called them to voice my complaints and the man I spoke to was defensive and offered no resolution other than he would talk to the technician. Today, I called Zerorez to come out and my experience was the complete opposite and simply amazing!! The Zerorez technician said my carpets were “dirty” which makes me think that Chem-Dry didn’t even clean our carpets because there is no way 3 people and one house trained small dog could dirty the bedroom carpets in less than TWO months. We don’t wear our shoes in the house either! Save your money and don’t use this Specific franchise!

Chem-Dry has the best cleaning products. They carry a full line of safe and non toxic products. I always use Chem-Dry spot remover and their carpet deodorizers in my home. Their pet urine removal product is better than anything on the market. Highly recommended!

Bryan and Junior came to clean the carpets in our new rental today and did an awesome job! They called to let me know they were on their way and we’re prompt. Bryan explained all of the options clearly and helped me make the best choice. I’ll be using Chem-Dry Atlanta again!

I had an excellent experience with Chem-Dry. The appt time was 2-4pm. Dan called at noon and asked if he could come early, and I said, I was just waiting on him. Dan arrived and immediately got started after Dan & I had a conversation about my issues of a very old rug with pet stains. Within a very short time, Dan had cleaned 3 rooms and a hallway. I also had a oriental 9x12 rug that needed refreshing. Dan went to town, to see if cleaning on the floor immediately would help. I notice immediate difference in brightening up the rug. The rooms not only look clean, but also smell FRESH. So if I were you, I would give them a call. I know that I will use them again in the near future, especially after the holidays. So now I am ready for my Thanksgiving celebration with clean rugs. Thanks again Dan. They are always running specials, so I would try them out.

About 10 minutes ago (2/27/19 9 am), I was cut off by a Chem-Dry Atlanta van (license plate PCV9040) who used a turn lane to bypass traffic congestion and rudely and unsafely squeeze in between me and the car in front of me, and then about two minutes later changed lanes in an intersection to bypass even more congestion, instead of waiting in line like everyone else. If their work or customer service is anywhere near as bad as their driving, I would never want to hire them for anything. For the sake of fairness, I only gave two stars instead of just one, since this wasnt a review of the actual work they do.Edit after response from owner:Added one star for quick and meaningful response.

I have used chem-dry on two occasions and both times have been very satisfied with the work. Robin worked very hard to get us scheduled quickly. Nick came on time and did a great job of cleaning our carpets.

The tech was courteous, friendly, helpful and did a job that FAR exceeded my expectations. On time, fast, done right - reasonably priced. Use them - SERIOUSLY!

Just had my carpets cleaned on April 13th and it was excellent. The technician, Andy, was prompt, professional and courteous. The carpets looked brand new and this was the first time they had been cleaned since buying the home brand new 3 years ago. The cleaning made the whole house smell great. I wasnt pressured to purchase any additional services at all. I would and will 100% use Chem-Dry again.

We had our basement carpet cleaned by Chem Dry this week. Brian the technician was on time for the appointment and worked hard on some carpet that definitely needed help. After it dried, we noticed some streaked areas the next morning. A phone call to the office to discuss our concerns and within an hour Brian returned and corrected our concerns. I started on my path to cleanliness when Robin gave me a can of the Chem-Dry spotter. She said You need this stuff! I was worried because of the chem in the name being chemically sensitive. She said -- no, its the power of chemistry to clean in a smarter way! She was right. 27 years later I still use Chem-Dry to clean my carpets and even bought my own Chem-Dry company -- it was that awesome!

I had movers moving me out of my house and the 2nd day they were there, one of the movers had thick black grease & tar on his shoes. He walked up my wood stairs which were covered with paper and then onto my beige carpet on the 2nd floor landing & proceeded to leave thick heavy black greasy marks all over the carpet. I used heavy duty high traffic carpet cleaner on the stains, but it only took a little up the rest was still there. So I called Chem -Dry. They were able to come right out within a day! First he pre treated the spots and let it soak in for 30 minutes, came back and cleaned the whole area twice and that removed ALL the stains! I would recommend Chem-Dry to anyone. They are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about carpet. Jordan even gave me a tip to remove the scuff marks off my walls! Thank you Chem Dry!!
